Hotel Nachana Haveli Reviews

I had reservation for this hotel, which i did 4 months before for deluxe room. But when I checked in the hotel they said we have already sold out for the day and given some twin bed room and said to adjust for the night. If we have already booked rooms 4 months before, then how can you say at the time of check in that we have already sold out... This is completely ridiculous behaviour from the manager. When asked for day refund since they have taken money for deluxe room they denied( which is obvious and i can't expect the mannered behaviour from this illiterate hotel managers). When asked around for this behaviour from hotel, heard that they have did this multiple times with multiple guests. So definitely not recommend this hotel for stay in jaisalmer. STAY AWAY FROM THESE FRAUDSTERS. A note to hotel management, Hire some good managers, not some ***** jokers.

It was fantastic experience & stay. Ambiance are too good and staff are really cooperative and soft spoken. Food quality are very nice and testy.hotel is nearby fort evrything is well room service is good manager Newaidhya is excellent in conversation.

This 300 year old Haveli at the gateway to the old town is probably the most beautiful place we stayed in Rajasthan. Beautiful comfortable room, gorgeous courtyards and a fabulous rooftop restaurant with a breathtaking view. The perfect way to explore Jaisalmer

Britishers left but they had forgotten to take Mahindra Singh their guard. His attitude towards his own country men was so poor and towards foreigners was entirely different. If u guys don't want Indian tourist it should not be in the list of Indian hotels. His entire activities spoilt our mood and trip. All the rooms were empty but they paid no attention to shift our room from a storage room converted into a bedroom with no ventilation. We had actually paid a lot of price for the room. Mahindra singh the guard was impolite to my 6 yrs old child and my husband . We were a team of doctors and I request all the doctors of Jaiselmer to atleast make him realise that this is India and he should value his own people .. Guys ur royalty depends on the tourists ROYALTY.... Realise it soon

THE ONE OF THE BEST HERITAGE PROPERTY I HAVE EVER SEEN IN GOOD TARIFF FIRST I CHECKED IN THIS HAVELI THE MANAGER NEWAIDHYA HAVING TOO GOOD BEHAVIOUR STAFF IS SO GOOD AND VERY HELPFUL ROOM IS VERY CLEANED AND MORNING BREAKFAST IS TOO AMAZING I SUGGEST THIS HOTEL WHO CAME WITH THEIR FAMILY..

We are amazed to see the property, you can stay like kings and queens here during the stay. Excellent property in the heart of the town with luxury heritage rooms., With all new amenities also. Hospitality wise very excellent. Especially Mr. Newaidhya was so helpful and gave a warm welcome.

It's a small haveli belonging to the royal family of Jaisalmer located very close to - the Jaisalmer Fort, the Kothari-Patwon Ki Haveli as well as to Nathmal Ki Haveli. All three locations are less than 10 minutes walking distance from Nachana Haveli. The owner Mr. Vikram Singh was kind enough to upgrade us to a suite which had a very old style charm of it's own and was well maintained, neat and clean. The breakfast was delicious, especially their omelettes & 'poha.' As it is located in a market area be prepared for some 'noise' if your room is road facing, else request for a room on the inside, away from the road and noise. A comfortable stay at a very convenient location.

So many problems with this stay. Booked a fully pre-paid suite. At check-in, knowing that I prepaid for a suite (because I told him and showed him the confirmation), the manager put me in a deluxe room calling it a suite. When I then called him on it, he gave me the run of any available room in the hotel (thank you), but a premium paying customer should not have to go through such hassle. Then, once situated in a suite, the wifi did not work or at a minimum reach the suite I was in, and the cable TV would not work. It is the middle of winter, in a desert region of India, and they do not have heaters for the rooms. There was hot water - but, the shower head did not work, so it was only useful for an Indian-style bucket bath. If you are a western tourist expecting basic (I mean basic) hotel amenities, this is not the place to stay at. I would not recommend this haveli, and I would not stay here again.

Bad experience not happy with hotel bedding and staff only restaurant service is good rest all experience is very bad

The location is good, within the city, but overly crowded surroundings.. food was average… breakfast was good but limited choice..

Me being a frequent traveller to Rajsthan, decided to take a recommendation from a fellow hotelier friend of mine. Being a restaurateur, I deeply value the hospitality and am finicky about small eye for details. Loved the hospitality. I would anytime go back for Newaidhya and the owner Mr. Vikram Singh. The experience was nothing short of any five star heritage hotel. Here is my rating in detail: Food-5/5 Service-5/5 Vibe-5/5 Comfort of rooms- 5/5 Hygiene -5/5 Overall royalty -5/5 Highly recommend this place….

We are family from Slovenia and we enjoyed our staying in beautiful haveli with very hospitable and helpful staff. Breakfast was good the room was comfortable with white sheets. Everything was perfect so we recommend the old haveli to everyone.

This place was highly recommended to us but i found the place very run down. The location is undoubtedly very good as you can walk to the fort and market etc. The room we got Gulab Mahal was badly furnished and plaster was peeling. Fan was not working so we were forced to use AC. The bathroom was also stinking a bit as it had no ventilation. No phone in the room so you need to personally go to the front desk all the time of you need anything. The boys who were providing service were excellent!
