The Jaisalmer Resort

We went to JAISALMER in December 2021 and stayed for 2 nights in Jaisalmer Resort. And to my surprise it was the best experience i could ask for. The staff was so profesional and helpful. The Property is just like a palace, from interiors to pool area garden area everything is just perfect. Not to forget the Grand New Year Celebration party was the cherry on top. I would highly recommend you to come and stay here .

I stayed here with my family and booked 5rooms .On arriving there and after getting checked in I was roaming near the pool area . They have a dog named Charlie who is left open . I was literally surprised when I saw that dog drinking water from the pool . I immediately reported this to reception and more surprising was that instead of taking some action he told me that sir it's the owners dog we cannot do anything . During this time of covid when hotels are following all safety protocols they are least bothered on that part . None of the staff was wearing mask , no sanitizers . It's really not safe . Our rooms were booked on breakfast+dinner package . Since we had small kids with us so we asked at reception if ladies can have dinner in room ,firstly they denied clearly but after several requests they served in room . Dinner plate was having only 1 dal , 1 mixed veg and rotis and that too cold . On calling at restaurant and asking if only these items are there in dinner ,their reply was that we only serve this much in dinner , if you want to have it you can have it otherwise leave it . On asking why it's cold we were told that we don't have reheating arrangements. On the day of check out I got a call from reception that 10 am is the checkout time and if we are late in checking out we will have to pay late checkout charges . There was no hot water in 3rooms out of 5 . On calling at reception they sent someone and he told that sir you have to go to other room to have bath . Because of this we got late in checking out . On settling the bill they put charges of 5000 as late checkout charges . We told them that we got late as your geysers were not working but their staff was so rude that he told us that sir rules are rules . If geysers were not working you could have bath with cold water . I was like WOW ..what a senseful talk . I lost my temper and told them that I will report this incident to consumer court then they waived off those charges . All in all its not worth to stay here . You can get far better options of stay in what they are charging .

It was a great place to stay with a group of friends. The hotel staff was good and food was also nice. The ambience and party night added to our fun and excitement on Christmas. Overall nice service..

Horrible Staff. Mr. Kunal from reservations didn't verify properly & asked me & my family to get out. We were at the reception. The reception staff was very rude. The rooms were dirty. PLEASE DINT BOOK THIS HOTEL. Mr. Kunal must not be in this hospitality business. VERY VERY RUDE PERSON

do not trust the pictures that you see. The hotel is pathetic. Broken taps, dirty toilets , rude staff at the breakfast . Thankgod that our stay was only for 2 days. The swimming pool that u see in the pic is deceptive. It is ill maintained. One word : Pathetic

Stayed here in last week of December with family and friends. Location is great and ambiance of the hotel was also good they organised an evening DJ party for guest which was enjoyable. Food was also good and delicious. Beautiful Resort and nice rooms but water supplies in bathrooms are very pathetic no force at all we had to skip our bath that day (***agement kindly look in to the matter)

Dharamshala and not a hotel . If u want spoil your vacation ..please stay here. You will have an unforgettable experience with 1. Dirty and Moldy rooms 2. Mosquito 3. Smelly and super dirty and broken bath room 4. Broken Glass tables 5. Super dirty taps 6. Pathetic breakfast It is not a resort but a dharamshala worth Rs 500 per night. We didn't get to sleep entire night and all rooms in property are like this. We did cut shot our stay here after 1 night and shifted to another property. The staff is well aware of the condition of the property but sell rooms to earn a quick buck . Stay at own risk

We stayed in this hotel for one day during our 10 days Rajasthan tour. The rooms are neat and clean. The service is good. There is swimming pool and lawn. Free Wi-Fi is also provided. A/c restaurant is also there. The reception area is very specious.

It was a nice stay. Room was very clean and comfortable. Staff was very professional and well ***nered. Very spacious and a very good place to stay. There are other facilities like swimming pool, front lawn and an front launge. The food was also found to be delicious. They are having very good chefs with them, who prepare various types of dishes. I wish to be there once again and whish them all the best.
