Clean and tidy! The customers and cleaners there are very friendly and do their job well! I feel safe and sleep well during these few days trip in Neo Puri Indah Hotel.

Nothing much to expect other than it was a standard hotel. It has a good location, so-so amenities. Food was alright. The price is of value. Will stay again if it's for business.

The hotel service and cleanliness are acceptable. The only set back is the smelly air. Especially when the central air conditioning system is turned off. Seems that the hotel wants to cut down their electricity bills.

Very good and strategic hotel. The staffs are kind and polite on answering questions. Check in and check out was simple. But there is only one person on the receptionist which make the check in and check out slow. Other than that, this is a great place to stay ✨

Very noise as the hotel on a busy street and having no double glass to prevent the noise . The wedding parties make worse and more noise. The Mentenace of air-condition is a nother contours repeated issue

This hotel is very near Lippo mall and not far from the airport. Room is spacious and clean. The breakfast menu is changed day by day. I recommend this hotel as a good budget hotel. 👍
