This waterfront property with a private beach offers the use of many of the adjacent marina amenities including a private mooring for vessels up to 30 feet in length (vessels up to 65' for an additional fee as space permits) a dinghy dock and unlimited launch service during seasonal hours. Featuring 3 bedrooms: 3 twin beds and 1 double bed to sleep 5 people. The master bedroom, living area and full kitchen/dining boasts a beautiful view of East Passage Narragansett Bay! The bathroom includes all the necessities i.e.; hair dryer, soaps, towels etc. Kitchen has all the pots, pans and dishes needed to prepare delicious meals. House also offers Wi-Fi, AC, washer, dryer, and a barbeque grill, picnic table, Adirondack chairs and Lobster pot to fully enjoy all the outdoor space. Easy beach access allows guests to relax and unwind, swim, sunbathe, fish, bring your paddleboard or kayak and then rinse off in the private outdoor shower.
