Hotel K C Residency-Jammu

The best hotel of my entire J&K trip. The rooms were superb, the staff was very courteous and the main highlight of the hotel was its breakfast spread. Honestly, i have not had such a delicious breakfast with so ***y options at any property in India including 5 star properties. Over and above that, the staff present during breakfast were very sweet. They would come and serve you from time to time. If i am not wrong their names were Vinod and Aarti. Unfortunately i stayed there only for a night as we had to fly back next morning. But if i have to visit Jammu in future, i'll definitely stay here again and would highly recommend this property to others.

One of the best hotel in jammu, i have stayed ***y hotels but staying here is like everything, staff is really very helpful and polite, i booked direct from them for deluxe and as a courtesy they give me suite as a gift. Really appreciated the ***agement who guided them well to take care

Stayed in the centre hub of the hotel, and found worth staying, staff at reception know how to handle every person in busy timing as well, food at revolving restaurant (falak) is really amazing, you can see the whole city while sitting there but couldn't able to enjoy due to fog, best of luck to you all

Its an absolute delight to stay in KC Residency, Jammu. Their hospitality, ambience n food are just osm. I would live to recommend it to my friends and colleagues too. Situated at prime lication of the citybid again an advantage.

Rooms are clean and spacious. Only 2 elevators but 1 was out of service. Having so ***y banquet parties on and restaurants need to have a elevator for guest staying in the room separate. Looks like they do not have a service elevators as the staff use the same elevator to get between floors. As we were waiting for the elevator decided to take the stairs to get to the 7th floor but learnt that the stairs from inside the hotel only goes to the 5th floor and you need a elevator to get to the 7th floor. Food is over priced and not to the mark. The hotel needs to look at higene, ordered for ice-cream after lunch and landed up with hair in it. Observed cockroaches at the revolving restaurant on the 7th floor and the breakfast area on the ground floor which states they need to get pest-controle done at the earliest.

We went for dinner to the revolving restaurant on 7th floor named Falak. I have been to this place earlier in 2005. Not much has changed. The restaurant revolves and one gets to see the beautiful Jammu. The standards of drinks & food are very high for this restaurant and the prices are very affordable. The view is mesmerising. The food takes some time after being order but is super delicious. The dal makhani is my favourite. It's a must visit restaurant in Jammu.

A memorable experience with family visited last week . An amazing team with world class hospitality. Still remember smiling faces of reception staff when I was checking in and interacted with them during my stay . I would highly recommend this hotel to my friends and family. Very Nice Experience I had.I hv stayed there couple of times whenever I visit Jammu..V helpful & Courteous Staff.I like to thank specially Mr Ganesh for it. His Commitment is upto the mark & v helpful.....In fact the entire Staff is v helpful & friendly..... Definitely I will visit again
