The rooms for single occupancy and double occupancy are spacious with all amenities as they mention The exclusive about this hotel is the world cuisine restaurant which provides a delicious buffet breakfast with a lot of varieties with a good taste. It’s must a try. Polite hotel and restaurant staffs with immediate attention and also a great hospitality. The roof top swimming pool though of 2 feet depth but it provides a beautiful spot to witness sunset at eve. Overall it’s a wonderful stay experience and next time I would prefer staying in this hotel whenever I visit jammu

ZONE, By The Park, is a centrally located hotel, 500 meters from the Jammu Railway Station. Clean and neat, the staff was very helpful and efficient. I really liked the delicious Kashmiri food: Nadru, Kashmiri dum aloo, dal makhani, etc. I would really like to thank the Chef who definitely created wonderful cuisine. I have stayed in other good hotels in J&K, but I can definitely say, the food and service are 'The BEST' in this hotel, ZONE By The Park. I met the General ***ager Mr.Prateek Acharya who was extremely courteous and gave us tips on food and sightseeing. After meeting Mr.Prateek, I tried the Kashmiri food; believe me, it was just wonderful. Moreover, Mr.Deepak in the transportation and the front office staff was very helpful. Great place to stay in Jammu.

- The hotel location is good. The only challenge is the continuous railway announcements coming to you. But that is bearable. - The front desk is really helpful. I was tired from a trip and they helped me check in a couple of hours before the scheduled check-in time seeing my tiredness. - Good ambience overall with a separate dining area and secured lifts. - The toilet (room# 201) was dirty - specifically the WC. - Bathroom exhaust fan is too noisy. - No wardrobes. - Delayed service - asked for shower caps as caps are available on de***d only. It took almost an hour to deliver after repetitive calls. - They need to consider providing an electric water kettle in the room seriously. The common area service for tea/coffee and hot water is good. But does not provide the right level of service and comfort. - If someone wants to drink multiple glasses of warm water, the person needs to go and sit there. - Morning tea, you need to go outside the room I think considering the cost of an electric kettle, it could be more economical and ***ageable.

ZONE, By The Park, is a centrally located hotel, 500 meters from the Jammu Railway Station. Clean and neat, the staff was very helpful and efficient. I really liked the delicious Kashmiri food: Nadru, Kashmiri dum aloo, dal makhani, etc. I would really like to thank the Chef who definitely created wonderful cuisine. I have stayed in other good hotels in J&K, but I can definitely say, the food and service are 'The BEST' in this hotel, ZONE By The Park. I met the General ***ager Mr.Prateek Acharya who was extremely courteous and gave us tips on food and sightseeing. After meeting Mr.Prateek, I tried the Kashmiri food; believe me, it was just wonderful. Moreover, Mr.Deepak in the transportation and the front office staff was very helpful. Great place to stay in Jammu.

The rooms for single occupancy and double occupancy are spacious with all amenities as they mention The exclusive about this hotel is the world cuisine restaurant which provides a delicious buffet breakfast with a lot of varieties with a good taste. It’s must a try. Polite hotel and restaurant staffs with immediate attention and also a great hospitality. The roof top swimming pool though of 2 feet depth but it provides a beautiful spot to witness sunset at eve. Overall it’s a wonderful stay experience and next time I would prefer staying in this hotel whenever I visit jammu
