Hotel Grand Residency

The standard room was too dirty dust and mold everywhere , holes in bedsheet ,I requested for room change reception guy told me "standard room aisa hi hota h hmare yaha "suite room was available but extra charges will be there ,I agreed , my room was for double occupancy but all amenities and toiletries was for single occupancy, ac was too loud ,faced problem with tv and telephone too. While checkout asked for a shaving kit and asked to pay for it too.Very terrible experience.

Decent clean stay, clean bathroom. Dinner served in bedroom was hot, fresh and affordable. Staff was helpful and courteous.

Good hotel but issue with the location but other things are very good and service is slow but overall it’s a gud experiance

The hotel room was quite small. Besides there was a big pillar inside of room which was occupying lot of space itself. There was no welcome drink as mentioned in the description while I was booking. The bathroom was stinky. The only good thing was private parking.

The room , which was offered to me had the worst toilet system. It was horrible smell to the entire bathroom. I never recommend to use this type of facilities overall.

The stay and food were good, and the location is easily accessible. However, one thing that needs attention is that the air conditioning in the room I stayed in was not working properly. Aside from this issue, everything else was great.

Good enough except no rooms available for drivers stay!!! Which I think is a common thing in other hotels
