Excellent customer service

The staff at TRU were excellent in the service they provided. We found them welcoming and very helpful.

Were just there for a quick visit with friends. The location was right off the highway. Super clean. Coffee 24/7. Very nice staff. We did not have breakfast, but it did smell great. Would definitely stay again..

I would have rated the cleanliness a 3 due to an over flowing garbage that sat directly in front of the 4th floor elevator from the time we arrived at 9pm until the next morning when I had to ask staff to clean it up as it was all over the ground by the exit, but, the bathroom was clean and the beds and linens seems clean.

The only bad thing which was really out of their control is the tv stations are not available because of negotiations between dish and the networks

No coffee pot in the room in a breakfast buffet was incredibly disappointing. The breads were dry and the bagel tasted old. The sausage was undercooked and the eggs were most watery scrambled eggs I have ever seen in a hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and did their best to be helpful. Overall, did not enjoy our stay and will not stay at the Tru by Hilton again.

The staff were so nice. The room was really cool looking. Heat/air conditioning unit was very responsive and changed quickly when set differently. Unfortunately I was not able to check out the amenities.

Love the shower in the king room. Very comfortable room, with flexible space. Not a pool player, but lots of other guests seemed to be enjoying the table. My room was quiet, although I know there were teens in several rooms around me.
