Amazing hotel with nice, relaxed vibes and beautiful nature around. All the staff was very thoughtful and attentive. I loved the pool and the private sauna & massage were also excellent. Delicious meals and drinks in the hotel restaurant.

Amazing experience! Very pretty interior design, pool and whirlpool were amazing, the water was clean. Sauna was amazing, I really liked the design. The food was amazing. The stuff were really kind and helpful, we enjoyed our stay. We also had a massage and I never felt more relaxed. In the reception was also a bookshelf full of amazing books!

We had a great stay at hotel Vyhlidka. From the first moment we arrived, very friendly and cheerful receptionist welcomed us and got us settled/scheduled sauna times with us. In the restaurant, the staff was super friendly and the meals were delicious. The hotel room was spotlessly clean, the beds very comfortable and the room well appointed. The private sauna was superb - also spotlessly clean and super relaxing. Overall, a great stay and much recommended!

Really great hotel, rooms and spa. Excellent service at reception. Only minus was the portions at the restaurant, they were a bit small for adults. (we had halfboard). Close to skiing and also good facilities for the equiprment at the hotel.

We had a 2 bedroom family suite and despite rooms may appear small on pictures (at least my subjective view), theyre big enough and even with our 2 little tornadoes we had a very comfortable stay. Very comfy beds, lovely pool which your little ones will enjoy and its position at the very center of the town nearby the ski lift makes it excellent for early skiing experience with your little ones. In combination with pool in the late afternoon combines the activities really nicely for the children. What needs to be highlighted is the restaurant with great quality meals, local craft beer served and wide selection of wines. Overall, highly recommend and we will surely come again as our little ones still keep on talking about the hotel asking when we go there again! This never happened before

Great service, friendly staff always ready to help and assist. Good location only few hundred meters from the ski gondola. Spacious rooms. Good food (half board), great selection of wines. Can only recommend!

Very nice hotel, big rooms, very clean. The staff ist very friendly and helpful. Very tasty food in a nice restaurant, very polite waiters. Pefekt time in the swimming pool and whirlpool after a skiing day. Very nice vacation, we will come again.

We spent 3 days in Hotel Vyhlídka and were absolutelly blown away by how everything was perfect! Our room was big (even with a balcony), clean, newly furnished. We enjoyed the wellness offer - pool, whirpool. sauna and massages - eveything was clean, stylish, perfect for relaxation in couples or with family. The stuff was just great, they comunicated very well, were friendly and helped us with anything we need. Can't forget about the food, because that was an experience! Perfect service, wide range (breakfast - pancakes, pastry, sausages, eggs,...), delicious meals for dinner. And on top of it it's well located, 3 minutes to the centre of Jánské lázně, few meters from the cableway to Černá Hora and about a nice 30-40 minut walk to Stezka korunami stromů Krkonoše. Highly recommend!

2 weeks before arrival, the hotel will send the cancellation for 2 families spread over 3 rooms. You had obviously overbooked. And that although we had already booked 4 months in advance. Unconscionable and cheeky P.S. since the hotel likes to portray us as refusal to pay: in our bookings made via the hotel website there was neither a down payment nor a bank account. Only "Payment as a bank transfer" We were not sent any deviating additional booking conditions. We then asked about the payment in January, but only received an invoice for 2 of the 3 rooms. Despite multiple inquiries about the third room, we received no answer or information for the third room. I wrote 6 emails to the hotel regarding these inquiries, only 3x was answered: 1st answer bill for rooms 1 & 2, 2nd answer was already the cancellation of all rooms, 3rd answer again regarding cancellation. This was deliberately brought about by the hotel, since obviously not all rooms were available as booked.
