The room is very short. The suite has only one small window. The bedroom is even shorter than the outside room, and there is a chandelier. Without a window, it feels depressing in bed. We booked for three days in total, only stayed one night, and checked out early the next morning. The hotel front desk didn't say anything, but Ctrip said that the hotel could only refund one day's money.
