It was really great! Our family of three came here for a visit. The place was very clean, comfortable, and quiet. Since the outdoor temperature was only 10 degrees Celsius, the indoor temperature was nice and warm.

It's a small town with limited hotel options, and many are still under construction after the wildfires. This hotel was quite satisfactory.

The room was clean and tidy, and most kitchenware and utensils were provided. The soundproofing in rooms near the front desk wasn't great, and there was a coffee shop next door which could be a bit noisy. It's located in Jasper town, so it's convenient to get to the supermarket and gas station. Nearby attractions are also only a few kilometers away.

There are a few steps at the entrance, which made it inconvenient to drag luggage. The hotel later arranged for a porter to help with our bags. The room was relatively quiet.

They initially gave me a basement room, and the front desk staff had a bad attitude. Luckily, Trip.com's customer service was great and helped me switch to an upstairs room.

The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and patient, speaking slowly to accommodate my limited English. The entire hotel was very clean and well-kept. It's a shame I checked in quite late and didn't get a chance to use any of the facilities. Even so, I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit.

Great hotel, great price and very clean rooms. Location was excellent

I came here on vacation with friends. The room was clean and comfortable overall. The only downside was that there was no air conditioning, but there was a fan provided. You can open the window and let the cool air into the room.

The rooms were clean, comfortable, spacious, and very quiet. Mountain views were available from the windows. The hotel is a 5-10 minute drive from Pyramid Lake and Patricia Lake. The lively Jasper Square is just a 10-minute walk away, making dining and shopping very convenient.

Traveling with friends, the hotel was easy to find; it was right in town, about a 20-minute walk from the nearby restaurants. It's fortunate that the Jasper wildfires didn't reach this area last year.

We stayed in Jasper for two days. It was convenient for us to explore the surrounding area and visit several national parks. We were a little tired. However, the room was OK and quite large. However, there was no air conditioning, so it was a bit hot at night. The room was not bright enough, which made it inconvenient for the children to do their homework.

The room was small, the facilities were outdated, and the price was expensive.

The facilities are old, the hot spring pool feels so dirty, and the outdoor pool has a weird smell. I couldn't stay there for more than a minute and got up...
