My husband and I stayed here for one night. We arrived early and asked for an early check in. The staff were very kind and said they would alert the cleaning staff to prioritize our room and call us when it was ready. They called us and our room was ready early. It was a very nice accommodation they made for us. The staff also provided us an upgrade to a suite. The suite was clean and functional. The bathroom counter was very short, even for myself who is 5'5". The couch was clean but cushions could us some new stuffing. The hotel lobby offered tea and coffee all day long and a public washroom. As for the facilities we used the indoor pool facilities (including hot tub and showers) and the outdoor hot tubs. The indoor pool women's bathroom needs to be upgraded. There is one large shower with 2 nozzles. No option for privacy. 1 of 2 shower head nozzles did not work The other shower nozzle was difficult to set to the correct temperature. I did not use the sauna but noticed one available in the women's bathroom. The indoor hot tub and outdoor hot tubs were not hot enough. I typically do not like hot tubs as they are too hot for myself however these felt like the temperature of a hot shower. The hotel is only a 20 minute walk to town. The restaurant next to the Inn, The Whisky Jack Grill, is open for dinner and had great food and service. For the price I would book again as the room was clean and the staff were very accommodating and friendly.

We really enjoyed it. As friends going the room was perfect for 2 people. Clean, no frills, restaurant was amazing and outdoor hot tub was great after skiing.

Friendly staff, clean hotel and great location.

2 storey hotel . We were allotted the upper room located directly above the kitchen of the restaurant. Fumes from the grills entered the room and it smelt bad. The floor felt warm too . They couldn’t do anything as the rooms were fully occupied. My opinion is that they should not use this as a guest room . Beds are queen-sized so it’s a bit tight for 2. Nearby town so it’s a short drive to supermarket & eateries.

Will book again. Nice place to stay for the price. Staff are accommodating and friendly.

The room was very small. It was suffocating bathroom is smaller than cruise ship bathrooms.

Elevator was broken. Not enough and cramped parking spaces. 1980’s vintage room, barely soundproofed.

The hotel parking lot is small and it is a first come first serve parking. My wife has knee problems we were fortunate enough to get the section with an elevator the other section did not have one. Upon check-in they said they were having issues with their dryer but all the rooms have towels and if a problem contact front desk. We only had one bath towel so i attempted to call the front desk twice with no answer and it rolled into voicemail. I went down to front desk following morning and all they could give me was a pool towel.. upon leaving an hour later the cleaning staff was walking through the parking lot and their carts was full with towels.
