Facilities: Old and old, the bathroom leaks. Hygiene: General Environment: Average, the room has a smell Service: Extremely poor, the worst service hotel I have ever stayed in. I waited half an hour for a bottle of water but it didn't come. I had to call twice. There were no bath towels in the room on the first night. disappointed on my birthday. to be honest, i didnt enjoy much, the food was only like 5 kinds and we were only the guest that time. i didnt enjoy the food. the ambience was so dull, the waiter was not friendly. and he was not approachable. maybe i was just expecting too much

Hello, the lobby had a pool smell all the time. The AC in the rooms was loud and always cold. The rooms were clean. The food was good. We had to walk around and use several elevators to get to the food court which was in the ball room because of renovation.

Being in Jeddah on business, this hotel was recommended by business associates. I stayed 10 nights, so had a good opportunity to see most facilities. The room was very comfortable, though a few aspects were annoying. The toilet seat was broken. It was like that the whole time I was there. The towels were changed every day despite me doing what they requested when you don't want them changed. In fact they make a thing about this with several notices about their green credentials in not doing so much laundry. The food was good. Buffet for breakfast and Dinner (I never had lunch there). Cooked to order omelets etc also available. Good variety of foods in the buffet, with a slight Asian bias. Service in restaurant was good. The public areas could do with a little maintenance, especially round the entrance. (broken tiles, untidiness, litter, broken step, etc. Generally, very good, very friendly.
