Previously managed by Oberoi - due to Covid the hotel is quite dull but still better in this vicinity comparatively okay.

it's devastating to ask for an invoice for 2 months for my 5 days stay. called both the manager and the front desk - Ahmed and Shaker and they just give lip service without action!
I was asked to move to another hotel during their ramadan season without prior notice and was informed that it would be better than this hotel. unfortunately went into a small hotel without hot water for shower. I paid and requested to refund as I had to find another hotel the same day, but was rejected.
what I want to say is the responsibility level of the manager in this jeddah grand hotel is very poor. I will never stay in this hotel again

The service attitude is very good. This is the largest hotel near the market. It is very convenient to go to work. You can eat directly under the hotel. If you need hangers or water, the front desk will provide them for free, which is a good experience. There is also a swimming pool.

The hotel is relatively old and does not provide slippers, towels and bath towels. A taxi ride from the Chinese restaurant with Uber costs RMB 30-40.

no service, no one clean the room, no hot water in the bathroom, sound insulation is too poor, housekeeper vacuumed the floor in the middle of the night.
Everything is so disgusting.
if it is a 2 stars hotel, I accept, but I paid 4 stars, paid same in Holiday Inn in Riyadh. it is terrible.
