The hotel is newly opened, and it seems it wasn’t fully prepared for guests. There is no room service, and it’s very difficult to reach the reception, as they rarely answer the phone. Overall, the service was well below my expectations, especially considering the hotel’s rating and price. Unfortunately, I don’t think I would consider staying here again.

A big thank you to Luay, the duty manager, who truly went above and beyond to make everything perfect for us. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, and the location was ideal—within walking distance of coffee shops and local spots. Overall, a fantastic hotel with amazing staff. I arrived early in the morning, but I was able to use the business center, which was very helpful. The breakfast was also delicious. There was a supermarket nearby that was open 23 hours, which made it convenient for buying souvenirs.

Really satisfied with the couple’s staycation. The room had a nice view, the bed was comfortable and the lighting was soft and cozy. We enjoyed the dinner and the overall vibe of the place was just awesome.
