Every time come jeddah will choose this hotel. Not far from airport. New building with good facilities.

Very satisfied, the room was very clean. Facilities: The facilities are complete, but there's no washing machine in the room, which needs improvement. Hygiene: The room was very clean. Environment: The environment is good, with large supermarkets and restaurants nearby.

The stay was comfortable. Unfortunately, the room I requested was for smokers and it was quite rundown. The floor had stains and cigarette burns, and the phone wasn't working.

The hotel is newly opened, and it seems it wasn’t fully prepared for guests. There is no room service, and it’s very difficult to reach the reception, as they rarely answer the phone. Overall, the service was well below my expectations, especially considering the hotel’s rating and price. Unfortunately, I don’t think I would consider staying here again.

Beautiful hotel with lovely staff. Tariq at reception made check-in quick and seamless, which was a great start to our stay. A big thank you to Luay, the duty manager, who truly went above and beyond to make everything perfect for us. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, and the location was ideal—within walking distance of coffee shops and local spots. Overall, a fantastic hotel with amazing staff. I will definitely stay here again when I travel to Jeddah. Thank you, Luay, for making our stay so memorable!

The room is spacious, bright and has a beautiful view. The environment is also pleasant. There is a swimming pool on the roof. I really like the water quality of the swimming pool. The hookah on the roof is average and not cost-effective.
