The front desk ladies were very nice and accommodating when we had plumbing issues and got us into a new room ASAP! The building is in remodel but the remodeled side we stayed in was very nice!

I had a great stay here. They served a real breakfast, and the entire property was spotless. My room was especially comfortable and clean, and well maintained. I usually stick with larger hotel chains because smaller ones can be hit or miss, but this place completely exceeded my expectations. I’d absolutely stay here again.

This hotel is next to an event space that played extremely loud music all night way into the morning. I was unable to get any rest. I checked out in the middle of the night. As I was checking out I was told that I could not be refunded for my stay. I stated that I was not trying to get a refund I just wanted to check out. I was not offered any type of discount and no apology. I feel like the situation could have been handled differently. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Place was nice and clean but the bathroom had a musty smell to it and there was loud music playing all night, must have been a bar or something near by. Breakfast was good and so was as the service. Limited parking It was okay for the price.

Nice location but Friday nights parking is a nightmare for the hotel due to the venue next door. Also was a ant infestation happening so we were killing those constantly

Seemed pretty clean. The door had a huge space where it almost seemed not to be closed but it was closed and locked, the fire alarm went off at 2:00 am and we all were outside for a while. I went in and checked with the front finally and they said they didn’t know but everything was fine. It lasted a bit long and I was up for a while after it

Scheduled a 4-day stay, had a family emergency the first night and they wouldn't refund me for 3 nights! Not even one refund. Terrible customer service. Couldn't get the manager on the phone for 3 days. Showers are terrible.

There for a 3 day stay - only had room service first morning and then only bathroom!

The staff checked us out as we went to have breakfast 2hrs before checkout time. So we had to go back down to the lobby and wait for someone to let us in our room. The breakfast buffet wasn't up to par. The pancake machine was not good nor were the juices and milk cold they were room temp.
