Motel staff was friendly But the motel in general wasn’t the cleanest ever. There were a lot of people hanging around outside and in the lobby area, but they were not guests, they appeared to be loitering. The hallway smelled very strongly of **** and you had to look for a maid for clean towels. Honestly, I would not stay here again.

Room was good and clean. Service was good too. Place was near to many restaurants

I have stayed there many times when I go to Kentucky from Chicago,the room smelled very bad, the bathroom was dirty and I found something unusual in the bathtub, I have photos that I will provide you... I may never stay with you again.

Heater didn't work told front desk and they basically lied. Said someone was coming never did, didn't move me, or offer extra blankets. Luckily I had a electric blanket. Then housekeeping was very rude by banging on the door scaring my lady. I gave him a few choice words too. Used to love this place, but if I experience a no heat situation again, with nothing being done about it, I will demand a full refund.

I say this hotel last week and four days later I stayed again. Both times were awful. I would have not stayed the second time if I would’ve been able to get a refund. When I turn my sheet back, there were little hairs all over it from the previous person, so apparently the housekeeping staff did not change the sheets. When I went downstairs to talk to staff, they informed me that housekeeping had already gone, but offered to let me change my own sheets. I took the sheets back upstairs and decided that I did not want to change my own sheets and touch someone else’s filthy sheets. I then went back downstairs and demanded a new room. This has been the most awful hotel I have ever stayed in my life! The elevator barely worked. You felt like you were gonna get stuck on it. The staff was very very unhelpful. Any other hotel would’ve offered to change the sheets for you, especially when there was more than one person standing there working. It’s sad that you have two completely horrible stay in one hotel. The first time maybe it was just an accident that there was no phone in the room the second time the phone didn’t work, couldn’t plug it into the wall. I hope and pray that someone reads this, and makes another decision because the smell the cleanliness, and the rudeness is worth not staying!

Room had no phone, very very uncomfortable bed, Pour water pressure in the shower, no hot water, could not rest, because of the very, very, very, very, very, very, very hard bed.

Cleaning service and fresh towels - ONLY IF YOU ASKED FOR IT. REALLY! Never saw the same desk clerk twice. Pointed out back door had been propped wide open with trash can on 2nd night. Why didn't desk clerk check on cold air screaming in? Hallway reeked of smoke even with door wide open.
