Perfect Hotel, one of the best that I have ever stayed at! Service was quick and prompt, and the room was spot on beautiful, plenty of amenities. I will be coming back.

Only disappointment-no coffee available downstairs in the am. The coffee makers in the room just don’t cut it. Otherwise, great stay, wonderful meal at Fuzzy’s and the gal running the bar was an outstanding employee!

We did not get a restful sleep due to broken blinds. When we called the desk, he told me the blind control sounded broken and there was nothing he could do about it. So, we had the full lighting of the front entrance in our room all night.
Only coffee in rooms was decaf, so on top of poor sleep, no caffeine.
Disappointing stay at a brand new hotel. Poor customer care when we had an issue.

We absolutely loved the hotel, the room, etc. The probability of not coming back is due the extremely rock hard beds. After talking to friend who had stayed there a couple weeks before, they too, felt the same way. After staying there for two days, all of our backs are paying for it with chiropractor appointments afterwards. It is sad this is the ONLY reason we would not return or recommend to our friends. The rooms were beautiful, employees could not be more friendly and helpful, that is our only complaint.

I realize it’s hard to get good help these days. We arrived really hungry only to find out the full service restaurant is only opened limited hours. We ate there once. For the entire hotel, there was one server and one cook. She was very nice but overwhelmed. When I got in shower, after getting good and wet, I realized there was no shampoo in the dispenser. I bit the bullet and decided I would use a little of the liquid body soap only to discover, it too, was empty. I called front desk before my husband showered and he said he would tell housekeeping. We were in a time crunch so I asked if he could please bring it up asap. The dispensers have locks on them so he had to come in the bathroom and get in the tub to replace. He didn’t seem too happy about it. I thanked him again as we were leaving to go to a friend’s house but he didn’t respond. The rooms are large and comfortable. They just need better help and the info concerning the restaurant hours should be stated in the description.

When I reserved the room it showed that the property offered a buffet breakfast. Most of the Garden Inns do (all of the ones I've stayed at.) This one does not. When I brought this up to the front desk manager she waived me off and told me we dont do that here.

The room was comfortable and very clean . The desk attendance had no social skills , didn’t even Look up to say !Hi! Not the friendly person you expect at a Hilton Property. Maybe lack of training or just doesn’t care about his job .

Really nice and new motel! Had a very mice room and extremely comfy bed! Only down point for me was the price of the room and no breakfast included (available at the restaurant for additional money).
