The location is the best part of the property. It is an easy 15 minute walk to Shilli Duty Free which is the pick up and drop off point of our day tours, There are also plenty of food options in the area.

I didn't show up to this hotel due to several personal reasons that the hotel didn't consider even if it was 2 days before the first day of my booking. They didn't even return any amount and for sure they have used the room for another guests. My only fault was the conflicting schedule but this hotel for sure took the opportunity.

The uncle at the front desk is fluent in English ，态度好nice，内部设施齐全，地理位置好！I was satisfied with the service provided by Samhaein Hotel 。SHILLA and LOTTE Duty Shop is about 10 minutes walk away ，It’s a very satisfactory Hotel！

This is a great place to stay if you have a stopover in Jeju and need to fly out of the airport the following day. This hotel is right in Jeju City and it’s very close to the airport. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

Really good location near Jeju Airport. The receptionist was really nice and helpful. We only stayed one night. Air con was good. The hotel is a little bit old but it was OK for cleanliness and only one night.

The location is great for any one who intend to stay in only 1 hotel for your Jeju trip. Easy access to east west attractions! Will definitely recommend. Only thing is that they DO NOT housekeep every day. Having that said, they do empty dustbins and change towels daily. Will stay here again if I am coming to Jeju again!
