The front desk staff speak Chinese, are very helpful and patient. The room is very clean, the bed is soft and bouncy, and room cleaning is very prompt.

Excellent location, comfortable rooms, and convenient for getting around. There are so many great food options nearby, I stayed for 7 nights and still couldn't try them all! The staff are super warm and friendly, especially the oppa on the night shift who gave us great shopping tips – a huge thank you to him, and his Chinese was excellent. The convenience store next to the hotel also has a lot of delicious treats!

Avoid at all costs! ❌ I booked this hotel specifically because it advertised Chinese-speaking front desk service, but I was sorely disappointed. The staff's attitude was so much colder than what you'd experience at a hotel in China, especially one particular female receptionist. I felt like we were being treated differently, and considering I was traveling with my parents, it felt very disrespectful. I absolutely do not recommend this place. The hotel's facilities are quite old. During our stay, the air conditioning was broken and unusable; we almost caught a cold because of it. The front desk didn't even mention it proactively; we only found out when we asked. It's about a ten-minute walk to the duty-free shop and Baojian Road, and there's a bus stop nearby. ❌ I will definitely not choose this hotel again if I visit Jeju in the future. My mood was ruined, so I didn't take any hotel photos. Here are a few other pictures from Jeju instead.

Facilities: It's an older hotel, but everything works fine. Cleanliness: Housekeeping cleans daily, which is great. Environment: The surrounding area has plenty of food and drinks options, and the hotel is located on a slope, making it quite easy to find. It's also very close to the airport. Service: The male and female staff at the front desk who speak Chinese were excellent. They even offer free umbrellas when it rains. However, there was one very thin male staff member whose service was quite subpar. We booked two rooms for our families, and the space was ample. Overall, it's great value for money.

This is my second stay at Hotel Gilia. The price is reasonable, the room is clean, and there's a 24-hour convenience store right outside the hotel. The front desk service is excellent, and they even speak a little Chinese, which is helpful. They can also assist with booking taxis. I'm quite satisfied!

First off, the hotel's location is pretty good. You can take the airport bus 600 for one stop, cross the road, and it's just a short walk. If you arrive early, you can leave your luggage in the lobby, nobody really watches it. There's a convenience store right in front of the hotel, and it's quite handy for getting around by bus as the station is nearby. Plus, there are plenty of dining options close by. The cleanliness was just okay; I didn't bother using their cups or anything. The bed was actually quite comfortable, but the bedding looked pretty old and a bit dingy. Surprisingly, the room was very spacious. You'll need to bring your own toiletries, but they do provide a hairdryer. The value for money was decent, and it was a good stay for several days, though the noise was a big issue. Not only could I hear noise from the neighboring rooms, but there was also a lot of noise within my own room, from the fridge and other unknown sources. It was quite loud.
