Reviews of Sea Stay Hotel

Very nice hotel. Comfortable bed. The jacuzzi in the room was amazing. The view is the best part.

The hotel was ok, relatively clean and basic. Facing the sea was an advantage and there are eateries nearby the hotel.

A bit old

I checked the reviews that said it was clean and trusted Trip.com so I booked 2 nights, but guess what... The bedding was fine, but I almost threw up while brushing my teeth in the evening. I wanted to check out, but it was past 10 and I had no idea where to go, so I immediately consulted customer service and they said they would only allow me to cancel for 1 night? They said they couldn't even change rooms because they were fully booked, which was the worst. It was my first trip to Jeju in a long time, and the accommodations on the first day were the worst. I don't usually leave reviews, but I thought Trip.com would move me to a different accommodation or take responsibility, but that wasn't the case at all and I'm sorry for the inconvenience. I'm leaving a review because of their constant, soulless response of saying that only 1 night cancellation is possible. The photo is of the toilet lid. It's not under the toilet, it's the part where you sit on your butt... If you had seen the chain, would you have cancelled 2 nights?????

It was the worst hotel. They didn't give me a room next to the counter, and it wasn't soundproof either. It was the worst hotel where I couldn't even sleep. It can't be called a hotel.

The hotel is very close to the beach, but it is really inconvenient. The hygiene is average and it is difficult to get a taxi nearby.

It's in front of the sea, so the view is good, and they listened to my requests well. The terrace bathtub was unique. It's generally clean. I don't think I'll be able to use it.

It was quiet and clean with an ocean view. The staff was friendly. It was a bit disappointing that I couldn't use the terrace bath because of the weather, but it was a good value for money accommodation.

The location is very good because it is Aewol. There are restaurants, convenience stores, and cafes within walking distance from the accommodation. The accommodation condition was the best among the accommodations I experienced in Jeju Island for a 3-star standard. The floor was not sticky, and the bedding was clean and comfortable. The terrace was spacious and had a table, so it was nice to go shopping at Hanaro Mart on the first evening and have a drink while listening to the sound of the waves. It is also nice to blank out in the beautiful scenery every morning.

It was so nice :) It was close to the ocean and famous places so it was easy to come and go and it was really fun to be able to see the ocean even if only from the side of the gate.
