The hotel room is very spacious, 65 square meters, with a separate shower and bathtub, and the toilet is also in its own small room. The room is very clean, with a sofa and a very comfortable lounge chair. The hotel breakfast is very generous and suitable for Chinese tastes, offering hot plain congee, which is great for seniors, and Chinese stir-fried dishes. There are also shops within the hotel and a Chinese restaurant, which is very convenient. Plus, there's a free airport shuttle service. It's excellent, and I'll definitely choose to stay here again.

The location is absolutely fantastic! Lotte Duty Free and Shilla Duty Free are just a few hundred meters' walk away, and you'll pass Olive Young on the way. Lotte Mart and E-Mart are also within a few hundred meters. Perfect for shopping. The sea view is also stunning; you can watch the sunset right from your room. Transportation is super convenient, with a free shuttle bus to and from the airport. Inside the hotel, the 3rd and 4th floors are filled with shops (the buffet breakfast is on the 4th floor, and there's a 7-Eleven there too). The Korean restaurant on the 38th floor is also excellent (the staff are incredibly friendly, offering to take photos and asking about your dining experience). My kids loved the outdoor pool on the 8th floor. Finally, I highly recommend the hotel's fried chicken – it's incredibly delicious, even better than BHC! WeChat Pay and Alipay are both accepted, which is very convenient. (There are 220v outlets in the room, so no need for a converter). You can scan the QR code on your room key for hotel information and to order room service.

After arriving at the airport a few weeks later, there was a shuttle bus to the hotel, which was in a great location and very close to the airport. The service was also excellent. Firstly, when I called for room service, it was answered directly in Chinese, which I assume is due to an internal management system. Secondly, when I complained the next day about noise during the night – dripping water and an unknown sound from outside – the duty manager promptly offered a breakfast compensation. Thirdly, when my taxi driver couldn't find me, the doorman proactively contacted the driver. So, I definitely think the service quality here is quite good. The only regret about this trip was the dripping sound in the bathroom and the intermittent thumping noise from outside the window. I hope they can investigate and fix this soon to avoid affecting other guests.

Facilities: Very spacious and fantastic. Hygiene: Clean with a pleasant scent. Environment: Beautiful, with floor-to-ceiling windows offering stunning sunset views. Service: Excellent, very friendly and nice, and they speak Chinese, so communication was completely seamless.

Excellent value for money! The location is fantastic, not far from Lotte and Shilla Duty-Free Shops, and several popular shopping streets are also nearby. There are many great restaurants around, which is super convenient! Plus, they offer a free shuttle bus service~ The room is very spacious!

The sea-view room offers fantastic views, overlooking the city, the ocean, and even planes landing at the seaside airport. There's a 7-Eleven conveniently located on the fourth floor of the hotel, and plenty of restaurants nearby. During my stay, I also ordered fried chicken via in-room dining, and it was quite tasty and reasonably priced.

This is a decent, established five-star hotel. The location, room space, and facilities are all impeccable. You can enjoy Korean food and watch the sunset at Pocha on the 38th floor. I didn't get to use the hotel pool, but it seemed a bit small. I really liked the flowers in the hotel lobby.
