First of all, I am afraid that the review will be sunk, so I will give it a five-star praise. But please don’t book this hotel! !
To be fair, I have been to Jeju Island countless times, and I know that many of the people who come to Jeju Island are college students traveling for graduation or young people traveling abroad for the first time. The hotel is in a very remote mountain nest, and it is just like a taxi. A place I don’t want to come to at all~ If you take the bus, this hotel is half an hour’s walk from the bus station! ! !
The second problem is the room. There is no front desk at all, only a machine that talks to you via video! ! Those who don’t speak Korean well can’t do it. The machine gave me the wrong room on the first day and gave me a family room! I came here as a girl, weighing about 95 pounds. When I checked in on the first day, it was dark outside and the sea breeze kept blowing. The most important thing was that several lights in the room were broken! very scary! ! This room is really suitable for practicing rather than checking in. I didn’t dare to take off my clothes to sleep all night. I was anxious to go out the next morning. When I came back in the afternoon, I communicated with the hotel and asked to change rooms. As a result, the machine directly asked me to check out. I had no choice but to drag my luggage and find the hotel again. I hope everyone will book with caution!
Also, thank you to Ctrip staff for assisting me with my refund.
