This hotel may have some age to it, but don't let that deter you. The rooms are clean and maintained, ensuring a comfortable stay. Its prime beachfront location. The staff members are friendly and accommodating, contributing to a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Moreover, the reasonable pricing makes it a great value for the quality provided!

Regular hotel with basic facilities (including fridge and hairdryer). There were two sides a resort side and a hotel side for this establishment. If you want to cook you can book the resort side (which comes with a sink and cooker) which is more expensive.
The staff was friendly and could speak English but if they couldn't they would use Papago to translate. But the checkout counter was only at the resort side even though both sides had the counter table, so it was a little inconvenient for us as we stayed on the hotel side. It has cute cats in the carpark, that's a plus point, and they ain't aggressive. Had a mini minimart at the resort side.
Food however was a tad bit inaccessible, and we had to drive out to reach the nearest restaurant. Not many street lights along the road outside the hotel but the hotel was tall so it was visibly easy to find at night.
View was night, we managed to get a sea front view facing the windmills (not noisy if you were wondering) but because there's so much nature, a huge green beetle entered our room the day we were going to checout.

It was nice that it wasn't too far from Hallim Park.
The facilities are somewhat lacking compared to other new buildings, but it seems to be the best value for money.
For breakfast, there was no shortage of home-cooked meals if you weren't expecting a hotel meal.^^

Pros: Near the beach, quite ocean view, good road access, in front of the bus stop, large rooms, good scenery
Cons: The overall facilities are outdated, but looking at towels, there seems to be no room for improvement.
Toilets, shampoo, and body wash are at the inn level.
Breakfast is provided and at this price, I thought it was good value for money, but when I ate it, the word value for money ran away.
If it is noisy in the hallway, you can communicate 'please be quiet' by lying in bed with the door of the room closed
The sound of walking upstairs, the sound of urinating, the sound of flushing the toilet, the sound of closing the bathroom door, the sound of turning off the light switch
I got great enlightenment from Blue Hawaii.
