The place is huge, staff is friendly. Highly recommended if you intend to visit Jeju soon.

The room was clean but the host was super rude! After checked in the room, we went out to visit the city, and backed to the hotel in the evening, and we explored that the floor was so hot, enough to burn our feet. I called the host and she said we touched the heater. I tried to tell her that we didn’t touch it since she told us not to do that before. But she still kept yelling that we did touch it and gave us really impolite attitude. I had nothing to say anymore with Korean people. People here are so rude everywhere and rejected to help every time we asked for directions. I think I never want to go again this country for traveling anymore.

Nice hotel

Since this was a long-term stay, I was looking for a place with a washing machine and stayed there. It had all the basic electronic appliances, including a washing machine, so it was convenient to use.

The room was spacious and clean, and the bedding was good. The surroundings were quiet, and the bus to the airport came frequently. I had a good rest. The Trip.com coin discount was really great~~~

The room was not cleaned of trash like earwax, so I felt uncomfortable the moment I saw it. As is typical of officetels, the soundproofing is really bad.

The boss is very beautiful, speaks Chinese very well, is warm and polite. The hotel is very close to the seaside and has a separate washing machine. It's a great travel experience!

The location was convenient because it was in Jeju City. The only inconvenience was the parking lot, but fortunately, I was able to move around with ease. ~^^

I was traveling with my children and booked this apartment hotel next to Ximen Market. The room is very new and clean, with microwave, induction cooker and pots and pans. The bedding is also very soft. The lady boss can speak Chinese and communication is very easy. We arrived at three o'clock in the afternoon and took us to Ximen Market to eat roasted black pork. We bought meat from the butcher shop in picture 2 and took it to the restaurant opposite for processing. The egg soup in the restaurant was delicious. I also had the sashimi set meal at Ximen Aquatic Products in Picture 1, which was fresh and exquisite and very cost-effective. I also bought fried chicken at Ximen Market, which was served with soothing kimchi and radish. It rained on the last day, so I went out to play with the hotel's umbrella. The strong wind broke one umbrella, but the landlady said it was fine. I will stay here again next time I come to Jeju Island.

I booked a room with a sofa bed for two adults and one child. When I arrived, I found that children were charged on site (later I found out that it was indeed written on the trip website that there may be charges. But then why did I book a triple room?), and the sofa bed was also not available. To collect money. Later, I reported to trip customer service and the on-site staff assisted in issuing an on-site fee certificate for the sofa bed and assisted in changing the room to a room with a sofa bed. Trip customer service assisted in applying for a refund, and I received the money the next day after returning to Taiwan, which was very efficient. The room is fully equipped, including basic tableware, and there is no problem buying ingredients for cooking, just like at home. The location is also good, just one minute downstairs to the entrance of Ximen Market. It is about five minutes away from Guandeok Pavilion and the central market underground street. It has its own parking space (before parking, the staff will ask about the time of departure the next day to facilitate the arrangement of parking spaces and avoid being affected by other vehicles when going out). There is a garbage station at the door (the garbage must be sorted). If you continue to stay and do not clean it, use ordinary plastic bags to put garbage in. When you go out, leave it at the door of the room, and the service staff will help you dispose of the garbage. Bag the used bath towels and the staff will refill the mineral water and replace them with new towels. Anyway, I think I will choose to stay at Ximen Apartment Hotel for a few days next time I go to Jeju.

The room is large, the facilities are complete and new, hygienic and safe, the surrounding facilities are complete, the transportation is convenient, there are bus lines to all major attractions, the service is good, and all the requested problems can be properly solved.

The clerk and the owner took turns to come to our room to ask for money. They were aggressive. They also arranged the wrong room for us. We clearly booked a family room, but the room with a big bed was arranged. I don't know how much the price difference was. They said that we had to contact Ctrip customer service to not add the child's fee. We went back to buy food at 9 o'clock, but they made a lot of trouble before we ate it at 11 o'clock. It was all cold. I was speechless! Everyone should take this as a warning, don't let them rip you off invisibly. It is said that all hotels in Korea are like this, they will charge more money. I was drunk, too.
