"Good location and very convenient. Hotel is located in the same building as the LOTTE shopping mall. Lobby staff were very friendly and polite and helped us to press the elevator every time. Very good service. Room was clean and the facilities and amenities were good. Bed was comfortable and TV was working. Nice kettle and teas. Shampoo, shower gel, and lotion were very good and had a good smell. Toilet comes with a bidet and works well. Bedroom slippers, bathing towels, hand towels, bathrobes were provided. Room service was good and tidy. Highly recommend this hotel!"

"3rd time staying in this hotel and always a good experience! booked the triple room this time. room has 3 single beds. bed is comfortable and room is clean. really like the toilet of this hotel lol, its clean, shower is decently sized, lots of countertop space. room had a nice view of the sea outside! theres a few washing machine and dryers for use too. service was great too I shipped a parcel and front desk helped to receive it. BUT for this particular room type.. its abit of a squeeze to open 3 medium size suitcase. aft opening all 3 suitcases the space left to walk is quite narrow. location is quite good and convenient for driving ~ many parking lots nearby. also walking distance black pork street, dongmun market and a shopping street. theres also a big CU right infront of the hotel. supermarket a short walking distance too!"

For those driving, this hotel provide free parking at basement level and also outdoor parking area which is nearby to the hotel (2-3mins walk). "We really loved our stay at Ocean Suites Jeju Hotel and would book here again. The location is super convenient—near Tapdong Shopping District, Jeju Chilsung Fashion Street, and Dongmun Traditional Market, with lots of restaurants, cafes, and casual bars within walking distance. There’s also a GS25 inside the hotel (open 6AM–2AM), and this hotel is a common pickup point for group tours, which made mornings very easy. Free parking is a big plus if you’re renting a car. Our room had a half city, half ocean view, which was really nice. The room was roomy and very comfortable for two people with luggage, and it was quiet at night—we couldn’t hear other rooms at all. A few things to manage expectations: English is limited with staff, and while they say “Smart TV,” it’s only a local Korean system—no Netflix, Prime, HBO Max, casting, or screen mirroring. Also, while this is in Jeju City, it’s not the Neumaru city-center area where you’ll find more local nightlife and urban vibes. Overall, still a great hotel. Highly recommended for couples, solo travelers, and families, especially if you value convenience, walkability, and a comfortable, quiet stay."

"I stayed in a Standard Family Twin Room with a city view on Level 7. While I could just barely catch a glimpse of the sea, the overall experience was very pleasant. The room was comfortable, and I particularly enjoyed the refreshing scent of the shampoo provided. The hotel’s location is excellent—very close to Jeju Airport. For those driving, parking is available; you just need to inform the staff about 10 minutes in advance so they can retrieve your car. Another convenience is the CU convenience store located literally right downstairs, making it easy to grab snacks or essentials anytime. Overall, I had a great stay and found nothing to be dissatisfied about. I would be happy to return to Hotel Ventimo Jeju in the future."

"Jeju Oriental Hotel offers a comfortable and convenient stay in Jeju City. The rooms are spacious and clean, with ocean views that add a relaxing touch. Staff are attentive, and the location is ideal—close to Black Pork Street and Yongduam Rock. However, the casino was underwhelming: small in size, with very limited game options, and only baccarat was operational during my visit. If you’re not there for gaming, the hotel still delivers solid value and a pleasant experience overall. Great for sightseeing and unwinding, but not the best pick for casino enthusiasts."

"My elderly mum and me had a wonderful stay at Maison Glad, the hotel is a big property, there are two wings whereby my aunt and cousin stayed at another wing. We got a corner room and it was very spacious with two double beds. The toilet was equipped with standing shower and bath tub. It was a relief for us as we preferred standing shower as our legs were not that good to climb into the bath tub. The hotel breakfast is international style and there are different fruit drinks to choose. The hotel lobby has a cafe selling bakery and coffee, we spent our leisure there in afternoon too. Hotel staff are all very friendly and polite. The hotel location is very convenient diagonally across Shila duty free shop and many restaurants."
