English standard of the housekeeping is low. We keep saying we need a mattress protector but they provide us a mattress topper. For the baby bed, there's no mattress but hard wood....unbelievable!

The front desk staff are just kids, not professionals. They kept us holding for 2 hours to enter our room, they were saying its still being cleaned. No smile at all, arrogant faces, they need to get some training of hospitality.

Great location, easy to get into New York and very close to good shops and restaurants. Walking distance to the Path is very short. The room was very spacious and clean.

The room we checked in did not prepared well. The sink is clogged and no power supply for coffee maker. However, they did change a new room for us. Good for the backup. Nothing to complain.
