Everything is relative! But it's not as bad as others have written. The price and quality are in line.

Hotel and room was both good, location was easy to identify.

Room a bit dark

The room is different than the pic and not clean, its very old room, the stuff was good abd friendly

The Check In was horrible and took way over one hour because the night person was terrible at communication!!! I called the hotel in the morning and the man I spoke with encouraged me to book the two rooms through you folks at "*******", which I did. I explained thoroughly to the morning gentleman who would be checking into the two rooms and he even repeated the name back to me. Please know that the "Horrible Check In Experience" never should have happened!!! Please reprimand the Rodeway Inn Evening/night person. The daytime man could not have been nicer!!! the mattress was in extremely poor condition. The heater/ac unit is falling apart. There were stains on the wall.

When I checked in the first night I was told that it’s a non-smoking room but when I entered there was an obvious bothering smoke smell in the room. I talked to the receptionist the next morning as I was too tired at night to complain. He was so cooperative and changed the room for me. That made my stay a bit better

The employees were all helpful and nice. There is so much traffic noise at this location.

The service was very good. They accomated us by giving us upper floor room and also providing iron when needed. The room was clean but could have been little cleaner.
