Holiday Inn Express & Suites Columbus - New Albany by IHG

Very new and very clean, with warm and welcoming staff. The bed is a comfortable queen size. Among similar budget hotels, the breakfast here really stands out—they even provide grab-and-go bags, which is a thoughtful touch.

Trip.com claimed there was no way to send an itemized receipt, so my entire work trip was non-refundable through my employer. Great holiday gift to me! (sarcastic) A cherry on top is the support team refusing to help or offer any additional information to help me get the trip reimbursed. I suppose there are better things in life than a heated house, warm meals for my family, and clothes to keep us safe from the elements, but as long as a third party is involved, no itemizations or accountability to that need are made to consumers like me! 0 out of 10! :D

Absolutely amazing, The room was beautifully renovated the AC was blasting and amazingly cold, bed, pillow and sheets very very clean, room and bathroom very clean, breakfast was amazing biscuits and gravy for breakfast I’ve never seen that before. 10/10 I will be using this hotel again. PHENOMENAL

Room was not what I booked but they didnt care. There were crumbs on the floor. The ice machine kept me up all night.

We have stayed at multiple hotels and air b and b’s this year for dance competition. This one was by far the nicest. The hotel was spotless. Workout area very neat and organized. The pool was clean and warm for the kiddos. And our room was comfortable.

Very clean hotel. No coffee pot in room was disappointing. Also had to wait for someone to return to front desk to check out. Decent breakfast but not really allergy friendly.

This is a new hotel and is very nicely designed. The staff was great! The room was wonderful, except for the blinking light in the heat/AC (which negated the GREAT blackout blind on the window). The shower had low pressure and very little warmth - but wasn't freezing cold. We plan to stay here many times in the future.
