Perfect rooms, very welcoming even had a welcome card and some chocolates in the room when we arrived. The location is perfect and everything was walking distance. Would stay again!

The best location in Jerusalem. Very good service, very friendly staff. Very small rooms. Nothing is lacking, but they could be better.

The hotel is good, and the location is excellent right in the city center, the staff and service and conditions are excellent, the room is small and so are the shower and toilet. Other than that, everything is good and recommended

The place is extremely in a good location. Everything is good,staff,food, free water all the time, breakfast . Gym is very near.

We chose the hotel because of its location and price, little did I know, but the best part or this all experience was meeting the staff.. Of all the hotels I've stayed in with different groups, very few times I met such a nice helpful , going-out-of-their-way-staff people The hotel itself is very nice and with amazing location but it's truly the personal of the hotel

Our stay at the hotel was absolutely wonderful—from the moment we arrived, the staff was warm and welcoming, the room was beautifully designed with great attention to detail, and the view from the balcony was breathtaking; we enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning, relaxed by the pristine pool in the afternoons, and appreciated the convenient location close to local attractions, restaurants, and shops, making everything easily accessible, while the peaceful ambiance of the hotel itself offered a perfect escape from the busy city—every aspect of the experience felt thoughtfully curated and made our trip truly unforgettable.

I stayed with my daughter at the hotel. We booked directly and had good customer service. We were grateful that we were able to check out after shabbat at no additional cost. This hotel is centrally located. Excellent location. The staff were friendly and helpful and the rooms were clean. However, if you intend to stay here, be aware that the rooms are very small. Bed configurations are made up how the single beds are either together or separated. The single beds are narrower than regular single beds. No iron or hairdryer in the rooms. If you want to iron you can use a common iron behind reception but be aware that the ironing board might collapse mid-way through. Also, bring your own amenities eg shampoo and soap because the watered-down liquid soaps don't quite cut it. In short, for a last minute overnight booking was perfect and, ultimately, you get what you pay for :)

A nice suprise. I stayed at this hotel years ago when it was in need of renovation. Today post recent renovation it's a great hotel with perfect location in the middle of town. The staff are all freindly. The rooms are small but clean and nicely decorated. I will definitely return.

Good location but a below average hotel. The room was small and poorly designed. Space for one suitcase on the floor but a second suitcase was in the way. No towel rail. The room door, cupboard doors and bathroom door all crashed into each other in the narrow entrance. The air conditioner temperature is controlled by the reception desk. It was on 29deg and we couldn't change it without going downstairs to ask reception. When we tried to adjust the temperature later it went back up to 29 again! No mini fridge or tea/coffee facilities in the room. The lifts were inadequate for the size of the hotel

Hotel céntrico, remodelado, muy básico pero funcional, la comida no es muy variada sin embargo es suficiente, el personal es amable y trata de adaptarse al idioma, son flexibles con el tema de reunirse con amigos en el hall del hotel.
