店大欺客！我在攜程為家人訂了四間房，剛辦理登記還沒入住，因入住時間比較早，家人沒地方玩，就商量其中一間標間換一間棋牌標間，攜程顯示281元，差價為52元，我跟前台説補差價給她，但是她跟主管電話聯繫後，死活不行，最少要補價60元，説什麼平台抽成多，我就不明白我是現場換房，和平台沒關係啊，平台抽成變化也衹關聯這一間標間（其他房間沒變不談），況且還沒在平台改訂單（她説辦理入住了修改不了訂單），對他酒店收入沒變化，為什麼非得要我多補8元？

酒店離吉安西站比較近，大約5公里。離白鷺洲書院、吉安博物館都不遠。
客房乾淨，床品舒服。早餐品種比較豐富，出品還可以。
前台的領班女士人很好。聽到我們是下午四點多的高鐵，特別允許我們晚了半小時退房。很有人情味，贊！

多次帶長者入住這家酒店了，很喜歡很滿意，設施齊全，衞生乾淨，環境不錯，周邊散步吃飯都方便，酒店服務熱情周到，以後來吉安市旅遊還會入住這家酒店的，也推薦親朋好友來此家酒店入住。

酒店設施一般，燈光有點暗，顯得有點舊，衞生方面，衞生間、床鋪還算乾淨的，衹可惜洗澡的沙發要用手拿着洗，按金收的有點多，服務還算可以吧。

整體還是不錯的，棋牌房特意配備了排氣扇，讓煙味儘快散掉，這個設施值得點贊；其他方面也算中規中矩吧，不足的地方就是淋浴房的地漏下水太慢，洗個澡水都溢到外面去了，沒有乾濕分離的效果了。周圍有超市、餐館，的確比較方便。

要給前台美女服務員點個贊，因到時是晚上了，洗頭髮後發現吹風機不好使，電話也不能用，首先找的是前台男生，沒有解決，美女前台看到我有點着急，馬上過去跟我去樓上親自都解決了，態度誠懇表歉意，房間不算大，但裝修很好，乾淨衞生。
