賓館可以算是市中心吧，周圍有大型商場，樓下就有飯店。老闆服務熱情，免費換了房型，後院還有停車位，就是房間隔音有點不好，繼續努力吧！

酒店離中心醫院很近，裝修挺新，酒店挺大不少房間，不過貌似家庭經營的，房間面積可以，床是兩米的。衞生方面沒大問題，就是下水道有點反味，靠街有點吵。附近有好多飯店，幾個挺出名的冷麪館，三姐妹，新鮮，星星都在中心醫院附近。佳木斯吃的很豐富。

這家賓館存在欺騙，用條件好的房間誘惑你下單，等你到了就是各種原因沒有，要嘛你加錢給你安排，要嘛就是給你換條件差一點的，總之不會讓你順利入住的。每次下單訂的房間你去了都是各種推脱説你訂的沒有了，給你換別的，我入住兩次，兩次都不順心，一次可以理解，每次都讓人不痛快，就是故意的了。服務態度極其不好，説你要不住就退款吧。什麼態度。我提前好幾天訂的你説讓我退就退啊！真是不痛快。將就住了兩天，還是決定換地方了，我發誓這輩子都不會在住這家店了，不相信的朋友們可以去體驗一次他們的服務了！真實點評絕不參假！可惜評價還要給一顆星否則無法評價，真是懊惱，要不一星都不值
