Everything is good except for the drinking water. They just provide a bottle of 500ml drinking water each day. If you need an extra one you have to pay them RMB 2 for each bottle. And there is no water dispenser in the Inn. This made me quite frustrated and upset as I drink a lot of water every day.
Response from Property: We provide one bottle of water for free . But the first day you ask us to give you 2 more bottle of water, I give to you for free. And second day you ask us to give you 4 more bottle of water. Do you think you do that nicely ??? You booked the small single room price only around RMB60, we still prepared free toothbrush, shampoo, conditioner and shower gel,towels...

We enjoy a lot our stay in this place. The room is very cozy and the staff help us a lot with everything. The ladyboss is fluent english speaker, and very kind. Thank you very much

It was a pleasure to stay at this hotel. The big plus is the owner who speaks english and can give you a lot of advise about the different places to visit near shaxi.

Amazing stay with yingju in Shaxi The owners are very friendly, even help me to arrange the transport to Lijiang. Clean room, perfect location.

I had a fantastic stay at Yingju Inn. The hotel is located in the most central place of Shaxi village. But more importantly, the manager was very helpful and professional. She speaks perfectly English and was able to help me for many things. She indicated me all the sights to visit in the area, and she booked my bus for me. It worth to be noticed, because after almost one month in China, it was the first time that I had a hotel with an English-speaking staff.

What a beautiful place to stay in probably the best kept ancient town in China. Nice clean rooms with a Chinese / Moroccan style courtyard. The owners are really friendly and helpful and even invited us to a family party. The location is nice and peaceful and not far from the main square. We will definitely be visiting again.

The boss was very considerate. He even gave us mooncakes and handwritten blessings during the Mid-Autumn Festival, and poured a cup of hot tea upon entering.
