房間設施確實不太好，洗臉盆刷個牙就淌一地水，洗手間異味很大，洗手枱鏡子也是破的，房間裏地毯比較臟，總值班的工作人員服務態度很好，很熱情，早餐還可以，種類較多，總體體驗還可以。

如果周邊辦公 要求不高可以來 家庭出遊 有要求的 不建議居住 好在反映問題後找經理和攜程 能及時解決 攜程定為四星有待進一步考證

之前出差建德住過這家皇爵，這次帶家裡人來玩，服務是一如既往的好，靠近江邊，傍晚去壽昌古鎮看夜景很方便。前台服務很好，早餐不豐富但好吃。房間乾淨衞生，交通便利。這裏離大慈巖景區不遠，開車20分鐘左右，一場秋雨一場寒，葉落知秋，霜落知寒，現在正是去大慈巖遊玩的好時節！

酒店前台接待禮貌熱情，當時網上訂錯為大床房了，和她説明瞭實際需要標間，也為我們換了（不過她也説了剛好今天還有標間能換，沒有的話也沒辦法的）房間也比較舒服，我比較認床，但這裏的床墊很舒服，衞生也不錯，去年住過，以後每次回壽昌都選這家酒店，酒店很大，很醒目就在江邊上

聽過前幾天壽昌剛剛辦了一場古韻文化活動，和朋友沒趕上時候，來感受一下餘温。住宿選擇了皇爵君廷，臨江，環境好，服務熱情，當天住店還有旅遊團人比較多，前台小龐也一直很耐心，點個贊！酒店在當地以前是準五星，衹是現在略顯陳舊，但是設施完善，餐廳健身器材都有，交通便利，來出差或者遊玩的住個兩三天完全可以

看得出當時應該是鎮上比較好的酒店，地理位置超讚，沿着河過狀元廊就能到909夜市。不過酒店設施很陳舊了，淋浴房的門都有點關不上了。房間很大，床也很大。酒店還給升級了行政房。早餐因為人少就是配餐了。
