1. In a small Dong village, local elders would chat around the campfire under the tower at night. 2. We arrived at the store at nearly 10pm, and the store owner came out to pick us up and pointed out a free parking spot. 3. The boss will pick you up and drop you off when going up and down the mountain. 4. We stayed for two nights and got a free room upgrade with a view of the tower outside the window. 5. Breakfast is a combination of meat and vegetables, and you can enjoy the scenery of the village while eating. 6. Climbing the mountain is indeed physically demanding, so it is recommended that you book two consecutive days if you are driving by yourself, so that you don’t have to rush when going up and down the mountain, and you can relax when coming back.

The room is clean and hygienic, without a trace of smell. The environment is great, and it feels like you are hidden away from the city. The facilities are very complete and have everything you need. In particular, the young lady received by the inn was very nice and explained the issues raised very comprehensively. The recommended places are surprisingly good. This guesthouse was really wonderful and charming! The owners are very thoughtful, kind, and helpful. The guesthouse is conveniently located in Jiangkou village and the room was comfortable and clean. If you are planning to visit Fanjing Mountain, we highly recommend that you stay here. We were able to walk to the scenic spot entrance very easily (although the owner also offered to drop and pick us up); the entrance is only a 2km walk away. Getting transportation to and from the guesthouse is also convenient as it is close to a drop-off/pick-up spot/parking lot. We took a 7-seater shuttle from Tongren station, and the owners helpfully arranged our return journey to the station so we didn't have to worry about it. We would definitely stay here again!

On this trip to Mount Fanjing, thank you for letting me find this treasure B&B. The decoration style is very stylish and tasteful. The location is very close to the east gate of the scenic spot. It is built near mountains and rivers. The yard is uniquely and interestingly decorated. There is even a swimming pool where children can play and swim. It is very pleasant to relax in the public area while drinking tea, petting the cat, admiring the beautiful scenery and blowing the mountain breeze. I chose the Bianhua Family Suite, which is large in size, clean and tidy, and the decoration style is very suitable for babies. The lady boss was super nice. After receiving us warmly, she prepared tea, coffee and fruit plate for us. She also made special rice noodles for breakfast and the baby’s favorite egg fried rice. When we climbed the mountain in the morning, we were specially sent to the entrance of the scenic spot. In short, the service is perfect and the environment is great. I recommend this place!

This is a gem of a bed and breakfast establishment. We were upgraded to a family style room upon arrival. The room was very large for the two of us. The room was located on the third floor and there is no elevator, but the host graciously carried our luggage to our room. The proximity of the accommodation to the Fangjian Mountain enables us to reach the park area before most other tourists coming from the nearby cities. We were already on our way down the mountain when we see the huge lines of people waiting for the buses and cable cars to come into the park.
The accommodation itself is quite impressive. The host and hostess did a good job of renovating to include all the modern amenities of a 5 stars hotel.
I would definitely recommend this place!

Service: The waiter Ren Le received us, very enthusiastic, and helped me fix the wheels of the box. I am super grateful to him. He was also responsive to our other questions. You can ask him about scenic spot guides and pick-up vehicles. He will find a way to solve other problems that cannot be solved (such as repairing the wheels, I thought it was impossible to repair it). He is really considerate!

The hotel is very close to the entrance of Fanjishan park ,just 10 minutes walking .The room was very comfortable, with the characteristics of a five star hotel, the breakfast was very good, particularly the noudols soup with mushrooms and peanuts and the bao buns both sweet and savory. All the staff were exceptional showing kindness and caring took care of us: the cook who cooked the soup at the moment, the maid who washed our clothes for free and above all the hotel manager Ao Bo who overcame every language barrier and took care of anything we needed in the room and in general in the village during our stay, and finally arranged a taxi for us to Tongren station. Thank you all!

The room is in good condition, clean and tidy. The room facilities are quite complete, but the area is slightly small. The advantage is that the hotel is close to the Fanjingshan Scenic Area Visitor Center, and it takes only 5 minutes on foot to reach the entrance of the park. Good location, a few minutes away from the gate of the scenic spot. The room is large and is a suite. Clean and tidy, very comfortable. Towels and bath towels are disposable and toilet pads are also provided. The boss is very good and helps to carry the luggage up to the third floor. The stone pot fish restaurant opened by his family is super good, very fresh and delicious. We have been eating in this store and the price is reasonable and fair. Originally, I was going to live for one day, but because of the satisfaction of living, I stayed for one more day.

CChuhandecaomeiThe environment of the entire B&B is excellent. It can be seen that the owner is very attentive and the design is decent and tasteful. Auntie's cooking skills are absolutely amazing. The young girls and young men are very attentive and gentle in their service, which matches the style of his family very well. The only regret is that it has been raining this time, which affected the overall mood and experience. This B&B is definitely a highlight of this trip. Please check the weather forecast next time you have a chance.

GGuest UserStay here! Customer service is unparalleled. Every front desk employee goes out of her-his way to help facilitate with tea drinking, laundry services, taxi calls, etc. Lobby is amazing spot with a tea shop area, coffeehouse segment, library/movie theater and dining area.
Rooms are wonderfully well appointed, with extra large bathroom and fantastically large waterfall shower. Bed is super comfy. I recommend the third floor.
Great outdoor patio for drying clothing and shoes.
Ideal location for runners/hikers/cyclists. Directly across street is a river with nice boardwalk. Folks swim here, as well. Just about two kilometers out is perhaps the most amazing paved road running course in the world. Follow it way, way out as it stretches into the mountains and farmland areas. Incredible.
Hotel is about 20-22km from main entrance to Fanjingshan. However, no big deal taking a taxi there. It’s more than worth it to experience hotel here, surroundings in town and beyond, and also visit park. I recommend at least 3 nights here.
Many restaurants and shops are all within easy walking distance.
Most difficult part is leaving this place…Highly recommended!

The decoration is log style, with Chinese style simplicity, but not simple, the boss is attentive, I climbed the mountain and came back with a sour foot, and also helped me take a foot bath bucket, and also helped me set a disposable plastic bag on the foot bath bucket, very intimate, clean and hygienic! Climbing the mountain also asked me to bring a raincoat, if it was useless, I would take it back to him, there are many special restaurants around! It is also convenient to eat. All the equipment of the famous hotel is complete, mountaineering poles, raincoats, sunglasses, cotton clothes, gloves (very suitable for us to bring nothing), come to Fanjing Mountain to encounter bad weather, but because the famous hotel boss's family was warmed up, We will choose to come again. Although it is a homestay, there are elevators, catering services, beautiful environment, and very convenient parking. The boss is very nice and enthusiastic. He taught us how to order tickets and recommended tour routes. Although it only takes 3-4 minutes to drive to Fanjing Mountain, the boss still picked us up in person, which is very thoughtful. GGuest UserBeaaaaautiful guesthouse with a beautiful view on the mountain. Its very quiet and peaceful, about 10-15mins walk from the small village where the restaurants are.
The rooms are nicey designed and decorated, all by the owner himself. You can see he put a lot of love and effort in it.
The rooms we stayed in had a big window and terrace, so we woke up to the mountains and the many flowers they planted around the guesthouse which was really nice.
The owner and his family are super nice and helpful with everything.
Only thing that we didnt like too much are the disposable towels, guesthouse owner explained its for hygiene purpose, but still prefer towels that can be reused.
Breakfast is very simple as they run the place all on their own and dont have the capacity yet.

GGuest UserThe decoration style of the hotel is really nice, exactly the same as in the picture, and very clean. Disposable items are available. Parking is free at the door. The noodles for breakfast are delicious. The tea bags in the room are also good. You can wear Hanfu for free to take pictures, which is very photogenic. If I come here next time, I will choose this place again. It is also very close to Fanjing Mountain, and it is only a ten-minute walk away.

It’s not easy for me to eat in the stockade these two days. Take a taxi for fifty or sixty to go to Jiangkou to eat.
Of course, it is a must for a poor traveler. The price is reasonable and not expensive. Bring your own toiletries.
