My stay was fantastic! The hotel's ambiance was quiet and elegant, and my room was spacious, bright, and impeccably clean with no strange odors. The staff were very friendly, and check-in was a breeze. The surrounding area also had plenty of amenities. I had a very comfortable stay.

The most delightful accommodation of my Fanjingshan trip! Chuan Shang Yu is nestled in the mountains, a traditional Chinese courtyard surrounded by lush greenery. Opening the window reveals mountain views, waking me to birdsong in the morning and lulling me to sleep to the sound of flowing streams at night – pure bliss. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the service is warm and attentive, and they even help plan your itinerary. The food is fresh and authentic. Close to the scenic area and convenient for getting around, it's the perfect choice for a relaxing mountain getaway. Highly recommended!

The hotel was quite nice. From the moment we entered, we felt welcome. The staff greeted us with smiles, and the check-in process was efficient. They even thoughtfully provided information on nearby tourist routes and restaurants. I even wanted to invite the young man to join us for a meal so he could be our guide, but he said he had to work, haha. Knowing we were going to climb Fanjingshan the next morning, they kindly arranged a wake-up call for us. They were very responsive and helpful throughout. The bedding in the room was very comfortable, the bathroom had a separate shower and toilet, stable water pressure, and a smart toilet. The hotel also has a viewing platform and a gym. In addition to a nutritious breakfast, the morning meal included local specialty rice crust noodles, which had a smooth and unique texture and were delicious. (I suggest those who can't handle spicy food omit the chili.) The environment was also great. The hotel is located in the heart of the scenic area, with mountain views right outside the window. The air was fresh—truly a natural oxygen bar! Unfortunately, it was drizzling when we arrived. I heard that in the summer, on clear days, there are starry nights, but we didn't see any this time. Rainy days can be quite pleasant, with a fresh scent of grass and trees in the air. At night, opening the window reveals a gentle drizzle and the sound of flowing water; the windows are very soundproof, and once closed, there's complete silence from the outside world, allowing for a peaceful sleep. The cleanliness is also top-notch. Both the lobby and guest rooms are spotless, and the towels are white and soft, giving me peace of mind. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay and would choose this place again next time.

Yes, we were traveling with friends during off-peak season. The room facilities were quite modern. In the lobby, there was a huge sweet potato chicken and fruit tea. There was also a popcorn machine. The service was very attentive. There was also a counter at the front desk that could provide cosmetics and skincare products.
