Response from Property: 尊敬的顧客您好，非常抱歉在您遇到問題時，酒店方沒能及時幫忙到位，實在抱歉！酒店方非常有印象顧客入住的時候是蔡李佛團隊入住的時間，當時在顧客入住的時候酒店的所有大床房間已經滿房，沒想到給顧客安排的1301房間會給顧客帶來這麼的不滿意，非常的抱歉！還有顧客所説的服務非常差，在印象中除了沒能給顧客及時更換所需房間外，其他的在顧客入住兩天的需求中是有求必應的，不過雖然顧客給的差評是多麼的實在，酒店這邊還是會自我反省當中處理不當的問題，還望顧客在以後來新會玩樂依然 會選擇入住圭峯大酒店的，感謝您，祝您生活愉快！
