Exceeded expectations, very satisfied, the lady at the front desk is very nice, the room is large, clean and comfortable, and there is a special cloakroom. I booked two rooms, and the exclusive butler service is considerate. Special thanks again to Jia Sufen, Wang Renfen, and Lin Feng. Flowers are prepared in the room every day, as well as chrysanthemum tea, brown sugar ginger tea and lemonade, as well as different fruits. The hotel also provides afternoon tea coupons every day, which can be enjoyed in the Hawaiian Hall on the first floor. The service staff of the afternoon tea are very attentive and thoughtful. I didn’t pay attention to the name, so I also like it here.

第一次有賓至如歸的感覺，這家酒店真的是太好了，所有工作人員的服務態度都在線，關鍵是500+的價格，當然地域的不同，也就造就了價格的上漲，可是價值我覺得不應該有所不同，希望其他的酒店都應該學習學習，在小城市的五星級酒店，人家的服務態度和設施是如何的，別價格漲了，其他的原地踏步

房間非常舒適，周邊比較方便，到的晚樓下就吃了燒烤。管家淇淇服務也特別好，提前一天聯繫，發定位發攻略，隨時問問題，隨時回答。非常的用心。到酒店就準備好小童的牙刷鞋子，非常盡心。再去方特還是住這裏。

整體體驗非常好。可能看到我們帶了小朋友不那麼方便，入住時就受到各種幫助，從地下停車場到前台再到房間入住 一直有相關人員幫忙推行李箱。尤其是耀華管家看到我們兩個小朋友還特意送了兩衹小熊和相關的小童拖鞋和牙刷等用具來，孩子們很開心。酒店有親子樂園，就在餐廳邊上，乾淨人少，孩子們玩得挺好。

每次來江油都住這個酒店，服務非常細緻周到，劉管家親筆寫信跟我溝通服務細節，看到我洗了衣服掛在浴室，主動送上洗衣液小樣，大堂吧的趙炳紅大姐主動介紹江油的旅遊攻略，感覺非常貼心，早餐很豐盛，送的歡迎水果味道也很不錯👍

床圍、小童洗漱凳、小童馬桶墊等大牌親子酒店有的都有，衹是我們大了不需要了，帶小朋友非常推薦。上樓層刷房卡，睡覺也很放心。服務比有的某際還好。早餐也很新鮮，非常非常推薦，小朋友在酒店沒有鬧着要出門

前台接待非常熱情，16樓王主管非常好，提前為我開了空調和空氣凈化器，並在16樓的電梯間外迎接我，太讓人感動了。房間有歡迎水果，王主管還貼心的為我拿來毛巾被，煮了菊花茶並添置了純凈水。房間寬敞明亮無異味，床上用品乾淨整潔，舒適的乳膠枕頭讓我一覺睡到天亮。房間裏的茶杯和咖啡杯等品質超高。早餐豐盛，食材新鮮，餐具那是槓槓的好，享用美味早餐時忘了拍早餐照片。酒店車位充足，停車免費。周邊配套設施齊全，吃飯購物超級方便，今後去江油就住他家了。

這次到江油的第一大驚喜，以現在的價位入住的體驗真的是出乎意料，和我以前兩三倍價格住過的五星級酒店相比也不遜色。酒店設施很新，衞生很好，每天打掃房間都很及時，還有歡迎水果和手寫信，甚至主動幫忙整理和清洗小物件（在此特別感謝彭小蓉管家，收穫了滿滿的感動！）。
酒店早餐也很豐富，我先生特別喜歡吃肥腸米線，連着兩天都點，西餐廳的小楊管家服務熱情周到，非常親切，下次來還要來住，也會推薦給我的親朋好友
