JI Hotel (Chengdu Tianfu International Airport)

The room layout is well-designed and clean. The front desk was a bit busy, but still friendly and attentive! The hotel's shuttle service was also excellent. The only downside is that we weren't informed about the parking fees.

Chose this hotel for an early morning flight. It's about 10km from the airport, and the free shuttle service in the morning was super convenient. We booked a family room, which was spacious with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The hotel was clean, hygienic, and the staff were very welcoming. There are lots of great restaurants downstairs and even street food stalls nearby.

Facilities: Well-equipped. Hygiene: Neat and clean. Environment: Spacious and bright. Service: Excellent! They even provided breakfast for my early morning flight. By the way, the white strawberries from the fruit stand at the entrance are incredibly delicious; I highly recommend trying them. Also, the Jianyang lamb soup at a small restaurant nearby is very tasty.

The service was great, very thoughtful. They offer wake-up calls and airport shuttle service.

The layout is great, and the lighting is very cozy. I was exhausted after hiking and got a really good night's sleep here. The only downside is that the tea set in the room is a bit useless; both the kettle and the teapot aren't really suitable for brewing tea, and water spills everywhere every time I try to pour it.

Breakfast runs until 9:30 AM, but when I went at 9:00 AM, there was no congee left and no drinks. I can understand them not wanting to make too much food and having it go bad, but running out of drinks, especially yogurt, is unacceptable. For a hotel as established as Quanjia, you'd think they'd have a good grasp of how many people to expect for breakfast. The quality of this breakfast is even worse than a typical budget hotel.

This hotel is a suitable choice if you're catching a flight from Tianfu Airport or need a place to stay overnight for a late flight. The basic hygiene and facilities/service are decent.
