房間設施簡陋，衞生狀況尚可，這個價位不可能有太多奢望。尤其是在國慶期間，價格和設施嚴重不符合。一次性洗浴毛巾質量差，浴巾也就普通毛巾大小，根本稱不上是浴巾。衹是附近有個早市，可以吃早飯，但是早市8.00收攤。

房間不隔音，馬路傳來的聲音很大，晚上根本就睡不好
服務：衹要你不主動説要打掃房間，他不給收拾
説話也沖，因為是從攜程下訂單的，比線下便宜，前台服務員就説網上怎麼這麼便宜啊，怎麼改價呢
消費者選擇便宜有錯嗎？
不慎遺失一張房卡，説扣五十塊錢，給便宜了二十，最後扣了三十

設施：店還比較新，設施也比較新
衞生：床單被罩不是一客一換，被罩軟踏踏的，沒有褶印，不硬挺。掀開被子，看見床單和被罩上粘了幾根長頭髮和若干X毛……噁心的我一夜也沒睡踏實。本來想在蛟河玩兩天的，結果想起那幾根X毛就噁心，第二天早早起來就去吉林了……
環境：豪華大床房房間很大，環境很好，沒有太大的異味
服務：前台服務熱情。
希望店家改進一下，其他地方都做的很不錯，就是這個床單被罩一定要一客一換，不要因為一個床單被罩耽誤了生意和信譽，得不償失！望你們能夠改進缺點，發揚優點，祝日後生意興隆！

讓家人讚不絕口的平價酒店，浴巾和毛巾等都是一次性用品真不錯，酒店位置好找周邊配套便利，前台姐姐人很好，下次到蛟河絕對還是這家酒店，
