替朋友訂的房間，以前在這裏住過，感覺相當好，所以朋友來膠州，我替他們定了賓館。在寒冬裏一如既往的温暖，服務也很熱情。可惜入住的之前電話告知房間裏面的熱水管損壞，不能洗澡，不能用熱水洗臉。而且一直到退房也沒有修好。設備老舊問題應該引起注意。

#負評#對隔音，房內採光，鄰近餐廳，梳洗用品，交通方便程度，位置失望；蟑螂太多了，都在床上爬，打扫卫生打扫的也不干净，光脚去门口拿外卖就这么点路程，回到床上脚已经成黑的了，体验感极差，再也不会来了 差评！不管换多少房都是蟑螂蟑螂蟑螂 一颗星也不想给 无语 还不隔音🙄
