Guest UserThe hotel is very close to the airport, and airport pickup service is included with the booking. Honestly, I only booked one room, but my friend and I were traveling from different places and arriving at the hotel at different times in the evening. Surprisingly, the hotel arranged free airport pickup for both trips, which was truly beyond my expectations! It's very convenient for moms traveling with a child and arriving late at night. The hotel's service is very thoughtful, the rooms are spacious, and the hallways are also very wide. My child really enjoyed the smart voice control. Highly recommend!

Guest UserAfter my flight landed around 8 PM, the driver arrived quickly. The private car service was a great help with luggage. The hotel's cleanliness was good, though the soundproofing could be better. However, for a transit stay, it was excellent. Both the driver and the front desk staff were genuinely warm and attentive, not just out of professional obligation, but from their own kind nature. Outside the hotel, there are farmlands. It felt wonderful to stroll around in the morning sun, watching the crops. I'll definitely stay here again for future layovers.

Guest UserThe hotel is nowhere near as luxurious as the pictures suggest. It looks quite old in person, even for a relatively new hotel. It has a very dated feel. All of the deluxe king rooms are located near the runway, and the sound of planes taking off is incredibly loud. There's no way you'd get any sleep at night. I eventually asked the front desk to change my room to a twin room on the terminal side, which was much quieter. The layout and size of the twin room were quite suitable. Although the hotel has a dedicated tunnel connecting directly to the airport, it's a very long walk, about 10-15 minutes. Personally, I don't think the deluxe king room is worth over 400 yuan at all. The room felt cramped and old, and the bedding had a smell, possibly of disinfectant.

The service was amazing and the hotel feels like you are getting your money's worth. Its really clean and especially the free transport to the airport was top notch, they're flexible about your schedule so you don't need to worry. The receptionist even gave me a bread after i arrived late at night 😋 10/10 would book again if i need a place near the airport (the only minus is that its 600m from the bus station other than that no other complain)

The room is spacious, and the cleanliness is excellent. The bathroom has a wet/dry separation, and the mattress firmness is just right, ensuring a good night's sleep. Alice from the guest service center arranged the room in advance and was very responsive. The breakfast selection is rich, the Western restaurant environment is comfortable, and the gym and pool facilities are well-equipped.

LyyehArrived late at night, no need to travel far. The hotel service was extremely polite, making me feel very safe. The service is becoming more and more thoughtful, and my child loves it too; there are even facilities for kids to play, which is rare. The living environment is also excellent, making for a fantastic experience. I'll definitely stay here again if I'm not on a late-night flight next time. There's also a gym.

LQZ3111This place is easy to find, located on the left side of the second floor of GTC. Just follow the signs for Grand Noble Hotel. The room was clean and the front desk staff were very friendly. The soundproofing in the capsule room was decent. It's perfect for catching an early flight or getting some quick rest after a late landing.

Anonymous UserFacilities: The amenities are quite comprehensive. You can watch movies, and everything is well-equipped. The bed is perfect for those with back issues; it was just right and I slept very comfortably.
Hygiene: The bathroom has a wet/dry separation, and the room had no strange odors. The cleaning staff were very attentive; they even picked up long hairs after showering, which I really appreciate.
Environment: It's very close to the airport, about 10 minutes away, so it's perfect if you're on a tight schedule, haha. The soundproofing might be average, but it's acceptable. There's a convenient parking lot downstairs.
Service: The front desk staff were incredibly thoughtful. They would remind us about airport pick-up and drop-off, and even called to remind us about early morning drop-off. The service is excellent. I also left something behind, and they actively helped resolve it and sent it to me. Thumbs up! When traveling, hotel service is a huge part of the experience. Upon arrival, the driver also proactively told us the easiest way to get to the city. Big thumbs up! I really like hotel services that solve problems.

The location is convenient, with plenty of options for dining and shopping nearby. The bedding was soft, ensuring a very peaceful night's sleep. How: take the evelator at the Arrival hall, hit on level 4 button, turn right the moment you get out from the evelator. Look for VIP Room or Hotel sign on the floor, after a short walking distance, the sign will bring you to the VIP Room lobby, go to the evelator, select level 3 and you will arrive at the hotel lobby.
Room: not big but good and cozy enough
Staff: Polite and friendly
Breakfast: Good
I recommend this hotel.
