1. 前台太慢了，入住辦理等很久 2. 攜程預訂，付款寶信用住，在前台那邊不顯示？居然還要我們現付 3. 好多年沒遇到過需要收按金的酒店了，現付按金300塊。 4. 攜程上顯示2點退房，我跟前台確認的時候説都是12點退房，還跟我解釋明天是什麼日子（就是説客人多什麼的），我説那我問一下攜程客服，又改口説那就2點退。 5. 房間內的垃圾桶居然沒有套垃圾袋。 6. 房間內有浴缸，前台説沒有一次性浴缸套。 7. 隔音不行，晚上聽到隔壁講話。 8. 遮光窗簾不好用，下面和兩邊縫隙漏光，第二天想多睡會兒都睡不好。 9. 小童樂園太小，很多櫃子空着沒有玩具，沒有人管理，甚至有穿開襠褲的小孩進去。 10. 泳池的更衣室沒有浴巾要自帶，更衣室沒開空調，游泳完特別冷。

雖然家附近有兩家假日酒店，一次都沒進去過。這次定了離西塘古鎮比較近的假日酒店。裏面設施完善、衞生乾淨且提倡環保。服務熱情周到。 TOTO智能馬桶使用舒適，浴缸又大又新，泡澡🛀🏻舒服，都懶得去泳池了，泳衣白帶了。 房間面積大通透。 嘉善道路建設特別好，公交車速度堪比私家車，司機個個速度高手，高德地圖提示時經常預估2倍以上時長。嘉善竟然有公交車免費時段，綠色出行走在前列。

冬季都在找酒店住 比較喜歡新酒店 這家不錯呢 房間蠻大的 層高很高 住着寬敞 床品舒服 智能馬桶冬天裏的暖陽 健身房也讚的 泳池水清澈 早飯在工作日顯得特別豐盛 餐廳的服務人員態度好勤快 還蠻喜歡這家酒店的呢

提前一個月就訂好的房間備註了要安排大床房，入住前一週告訴我衹能安排一晚，第二晚要給我們換成雙床房，衹能退掉一晚臨時再找其他酒店。 入住後發現衞生間還留着上一位住客留下的洗髮露包裝，可見打掃衞生有多粗糙。 酒店內的小童樂園從外面進不去，需要工作人員用門禁卡開門，但是周圍根本沒有工作人員，需要靠裡麪的其他住客幫忙開門，孩子在裏面玩了不到十五分鐘襪子都就黑了。 酒店安排的套圈活動，寫着套中一個就有糖，小朋友套中了也沒給。看到其他人問能不能再套一次回答是寫好評可以再套一次，然後明白了哪來的好評。 總結起來就是服務跟不上宣傳，沒怎麼給過差評，這次真的不能忍了

先説優點：性價比不錯 接下來就是吐槽了 槽點一：酒店安全性極差，這點是非常可怕的，我跟朋友2個家庭一起辦入住，由於是上午11點多，房間沒有全部出來，就先給了我們一間，並未告知是哪一間，我就先給了朋友，讓他們把行李放進去。晚上回來後，我到前台拿我那間房的房卡，前台問了我名字後，馬上給了卡，結果一刷，居然是我朋友的房間，嚇了一跳，後來反應過來，上午那間房是登記在了我名下，所以當我報名字時，就給了上午那間房的卡。那麼問題來了，酒店不登記一間房給了幾張卡，任何一個人報了我名字後，都可以拿到我的房卡！！！並且衹需要報名字，不會進行任何的核對！！！想想簡直後怕，對於洲際旗下酒店這樣的管理方式，更覺匪夷所思。 槽點二：員工專業度為0，基礎知識都不知道。 辦理入職，一個房間可以辦15-20分鐘。 問餐廳要寶寶餐具，員工拿來一個不銹鋼勺子，我問你知道什麼是寶寶餐具嗎，員工答，是塑料的那種嗎。。。。 阿姨打掃房間，我們是續住的，第一天打掃，不疊被子，不補給任何備品，提出要求後，還缺漏。 客房服務電話撥打多次無人接聽，要2瓶水，打了3個電話，等了一上午，才送來。 晚上7點，問前台要一杯熱牛奶送到房間，先是一個員工説廚房下班了，但是另一位客人諮詢送餐服務，倒是有的。。。再問一位員工，答曰我們不提供熱牛奶。 excuse me？？？！！！ 槽點三：小童樂園衞生情況槽糕 4樓屬於康樂區，健身房、棋牌室、小童樂園都在這一樓層，達到小童樂園門口，門關着，但是找不到工作人員開門，看到一個工作人員經過，問這個怎麼開門，直接冷臉説，你去樓上找健身房的人，然後轉身就走了。留下我跟小朋友一臉懵逼，最後是裏面玩的其他家長給我開的門。 進去後，樂園裡沒有任何一位工作人員，連着兩天，我家和朋友家小朋友接連在同一個地方踩到尿！！！當時就是看中這家酒店有個看着不錯的小童樂園才定的，結果就這衞生條件，實在是難以恭維。 總結：夠不上洲際旗下的基礎水平，即使是二線品牌，這出品也實在太次了，大失所望。

房間挺大這點比較滿意，但是不滿意的點是早餐桌子那塊白色的布居然不更換、連住2晚，倆天坐的位置是老位置，居然昨天看到的油漬今天看到還在，這點特別不滿意。酒店阿姨也還算更換用品及時，早餐是蠻豐富的，最主要麪什麼的不用排隊，其他餐點味道一般。
