Very clean and cozy room. Parking on the street was quite convenient. The room came with amenities like a foot bath and purified water. The guesthouse itself was thoughtfully decorated, with some fun features on the ground floor. You can even see the snowy mountains from here!

The room was clean and spacious enough for a comfortable stay. What truly stood out, however, was the exceptional hospitality of the staff. Upon my arrival, the lady at the front desk thoughtfully offered me skin moisturizer, knowing how dry the weather is in this region. Before I checked out, this morning when I check out, she also provided several bottles of water and wet tissues, reminding me to take care of myself in the dry climate. The security uncle were equally helpful. When I was looking for coffee, he went out of his way to switch on the coffee machine and assist me without hesitation. What separates a good hotel chain from a great one is not just the quality of the rooms or facilities, it is the people. The genuine care, kindness, and attentiveness of the staff made my stay memorable and left a lasting impression.

The facilities are well-equipped, clean, and the environment is elegant with attentive and thoughtful service. The location is excellent, with convenient transportation. Jiayuguan is definitely worth a visit. The fortress is ancient and majestic, and the First Beacon Tower of the Yellow River and the Overhanging Great Wall are must-sees. From the weather tower in Donghu Park, you can enjoy panoramic views of the city, and the park's lake scenery is beautiful.

The hotel was a pleasant surprise, the best experience of my entire Qinghai-Gansu loop trip. The hotel room was clean and tidy, the mattress was just the right firmness, very comfortable, and there were plenty of office-friendly amenities, including desks, chairs, and lamps. The hotel service was exceptional; arguably the best I've experienced in a budget hotel. The front desk staff proactively recommended sightseeing options and restaurants, all of which were delicious (the food we ate at the tourist attractions the previous days was both expensive and terrible). The hotel is located in the old food district of Fuqiang Market. Perhaps because it's an older area, the streets outside were quite run-down, which initially dampened my spirits. However, the hotel experience truly offered a contrast, and the nearby restaurants were frequented by locals. I highly recommend staying here. (I didn't take any room photos, so I'm using other pictures instead.)

The hotel is next to a street food market and quite a lost of mainstream shops. We enjoyed the street food a lot. The room was very clean and prepared, a standard room at a really good value. Very recommendable.

The five stars are for the security guard at the entrance, probably Mr. 42. He smiled and greeted us as soon as he saw our car, and even helped with our luggage. Mr. 41 and Mr. 57 polished our car until it shined – a huge thank you to them! In stark contrast to the security guards, the front desk staff were completely expressionless. It was like ice and fire! Don't five-star hotels offer smile service at the front desk anymore? I booked a deluxe lake view room, which offers a distant glimpse of a corner of the lake in a street-side park. It was a hundred more expensive than a standard room, but I don't really see the difference. The breakfast was quite ordinary, truly not what I'd expect from a five-star hotel.

Facilities: The facilities are complete and the environment is beautiful. Hygiene: Clean and tidy. Service: The service attitude is excellent. I left my powder compact when I checked out, and the hotel kept it very well. The attitude was also great. A truly excellent hotel.

Had a great experience! 👍 The room was clean and tidy, and there's a food street about a ten-minute walk away. Watching the World Cup and having skewers there at night was a fantastic experience. The security guards at the hotel entrance were very responsible; they'd arrange parking for you as soon as you drove up, so no worries about parking at all. If I had to mention a downside, the breakfast was just okay. The milk dispenser tap in the buffet restaurant was broken, so it took forever to get a glass of milk. 😓

Front desk staff were pleasant and helpful. The room was nice and the bed comfortable. High-end restaurant in the building. I don't know where breakfast was served. There is no sauna or massage and should be removed from the profile. There are many massages places near by.

My room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft, ensuring a good night's sleep, and there was plenty of hot water for a convenient shower. The front desk staff were warm and efficient, patiently answering all my questions. The location is excellent, not far from XiongGuan Square and Datang Food Street, making it easy to grab a bite or go for a stroll. The breakfast offered local flavors, which were quite enjoyable. The price was reasonable, offering great value for money. It was a worry-free and comfortable stay, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in town and recommend it to my friends.
