酒店服務熱情，無論迎賓、前台還是餐廳。完全出乎意料的好啊!第一次來嘉峪關出差，朋友推薦的這裏。停車非常方便，免費停車。酒店環境很好，酒店旁邊不遠就是南湖公園，出去散步非常方便。酒店房間很大，整體裝修很新，乾淨，尤其是浴缸也非常乾淨，側浴分離，入住放心，最最貼心的是，當我辦理退房時，前台得知我要開很久的長途車，特意送了兩瓶温熱的礦泉水，貼心至極。
這幾年入住過沒有上百家酒店也有七八十家，這是唯一讓我感動的一次。總之性價比超高!👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

房間舒適，乾淨衞生。這個酒店的服務是很多五星，超五星的酒店都比不了的。主動打電話詢問我們具體看演出時間。演出結束後，主動致電我們到店時間。到酒店空調都開好了，水果也都送到房間了。這麼周到的服務是我們此次西北行體驗感最好的。特別提一下，前台經理牛經理，真是有求必應，事事都想到客人前面。到張掖七彩丹霞旅遊一定要體驗一下七彩賓館。

房間大，舒適，衞生，環境很好，後面還有個御花園，有湖亭，旁邊是南湖公園。早中餐都在酒店吃的，點的菜都很好吃，韭菜牛肉絲好嫩，價格也不貴。下次來還會住這裏。

離火車站十分鐘，早餐一般，但這個價位絕對性價比好好。後院有個小景觀池塘，還有葡萄。室內裝修亮堂，能看出以前的盛貌。離嘉峪關城樓也不遠。
