The hotel room was clean and comfortable.
The lights are difficult to use, it seems like a modern way of switching lights on and off, but it's hard to get the lights bright in the room.
The air-conditioning was also difficult to work. The room temperature was at 27 degrees. I tried to set the Air-conditioning to lower the temperature, but it did not change at all. My husband did not sleep well, because he was feeling hot during the night.
The shower head was also a bit clogged and the water came out the side of the shower head.
In the morning there was a really bad smell in the bathroom. When I brushed my teeth, I realised the horrible smell was coming from the sink. The hotel should really look into this.

設施：沐浴間的開關衹有順時，逆時兩個方向。根本看不出是切換淋浴還是花灑，也看不出切換熱水還是冷水。開水和關水都很容易豪無預兆地就調出淋浴或者調出冷水。牆上沒有任何指示！我們四個人，三個人因為這個破開關淋濕了衣服！
入住的時候特地要的安靜房間。結果洗個澡，還要響個破音樂！沐浴間的音樂開關是壞的。按了沒反應。洗完澡音樂也不會聽。長者不知道如何關掉音樂，衹能硬聽着！
標間，兩張床衹有靠衞生間的床，靠衞生間一側衹容側身過的牆頭有插座！！離譜至極！
晚上整個房間到處都是亮的！音樂液晶屏，按鈕，空調燈（是的！空調面板燈也關不掉）電視待機燈，usb充電口顯示燈……整個晚上燈光輝煌！
早餐忘記拿早餐票就一定要你回房間拿票，不給票不給進。我説刷房卡讓前台查一下也不行！
早餐盤子很小。早餐饅頭幾乎冰冷！兩個熱菜也基本冷透。豆漿味道淡到衹有甜味，像糖水。粥也稀得差不多衹有水了。
離嘉峪關市區好遠……
衞生：馬桶圈是方形的，帶來的馬桶墊套不上，就用酒精棉擦一下。上面居然有粘得很牢的膠，膠布一類的東西。噁心至極！

房間很寬敞，設施也很新，環境也很安靜，外賣物品什麼的也都是機器人送到房間，非常方便。床無論是床墊還是面料都睡着很舒服。最棒的是衞生間是乾濕分離的，洗手枱也很大，完全不用擔心把水弄得到處都是。應該算是住了幾個月的酒店最滿意的一家了！祝生意興隆！

第一次住麗楓，一入門就是熱情的招呼，前台小姐姐給升級了房型，家庭房的大床很舒服，很寬敞，用具考究，還有空氣凈化器、加濕器、枱燈、小冰箱、頂部藍牙音箱，位置稍微有些偏，離方特很近，最近沒有開，借用了酒店的洗衣機，感謝
