Good location in the south of city where many shops and eateries are around. There is a street market next to hotel. The breakfast buffet was tasty and good variety of Chinese food options incl cooked food (meat, fish, prawn), salad, vegetables, soup, fresh fruits etc Had 2 dinners in the restaurant - roast duck and chicken herbal soup were good All staff provided excellent service with smiling faces, welcome gestures. Check in and out were very efficient and quick. There is a self service laundry which is handy after a day out on the Great Walls and Fortress. It's not a 5 star hotel compared to Hilton or Sheraton. The facilities and rooms showed their wear and tear marks .

Comfortable bed and pillow. Shower hot water is not stable. The beef noodle is very tasty at buffet breakfast.

The employees numbered 001 and 009 were very attentive and fantastic!

Our room was great. Very spacious and comfortable! Hotel was also very nice and provided us with breakfast-to-go because we had an early train to catch. Very considerate and helpful!

Great location near the lake, an easy drive to the three major Great Wall attractions and the food street is just a block away with some amazing restaurants, bars and even an 8 ball hall. The staff at the hotel were great and very attentive, especially with breakfast. Beef noodles were a great start to the day and the chef makes the hand-stretched noodles in front of you. The hotel manager had his honey moon in Australia and took time to introduce himself and make us feel welcome. Free easy parking underneath too. Rooms were clean with a good view. If we come back this way we will stay here again!

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately they don't do a laundry service and also if you want to use the swimming pool you have to pay extra and it's very busy there.

This is a local hotel. It is basic and quite dated. No one speaks English so it can be quite difficult for foreigners. Breakfast is limited and there are only local options. We had a do not disturb sign on our door but the hotel cleaner still came in to make up the room. It is fine to stay here for a night as there are limited hotel options in Jiayuguan but do not expect a luxury experience.

The hotel was nice. The staff were friendly and helpful. They quickly helped me with an issue I had. The hotel is close to a pedestrian street full of food stalls. The room was large and had good views of the city.

Great Hotel in Jiayuguan. Everything is clean and in good conditions. Service is extremely friendly and can speak a little bit English. Breakfast ist Chinese oriented, but offers the traditional fresh Gansu Noodles. No fresh bean coffee unfortunately.
