My stay at Mehow Lichi was fantastic! The front desk staff were so warm and attentive, offering hot towels and tea right when I walked in. The room was spotlessly clean, and the bedding was incredibly soft and comfortable. The bathroom had a great dry/wet separation and plenty of hot water. The facilities are excellent, with complimentary afternoon tea and late-night noodles being a really thoughtful touch. The service staff were always quick to respond when called upon. This is definitely my top choice for accommodation when traveling. Highly recommend!

Facilities: Very new, highly recommended. Cleanliness: Spotless. The cleaning staff were very considerate and quiet, didn't disturb the next room at all. Environment: Very quiet, no noise. A peaceful sanctuary tucked away in a small alley. Service: 100% perfect service. The front desk sisters were super thoughtful. Thumbs up!

The hotel is situated about 20minutes away from the train station. we got in quite early and they allow us to check in. they even upraded us to a bigger room. swrvice is amazing. they have assisted us with the travel plan way before we arrive. that helps with our planning. the cleanliness is above acceptable range. their laundry room is great although i didnt get to use it. we still had some cloths oeft for the next journey so we dont really need to use it. best thing is that they provide a great individual packet of soap for washing. The front desk staff was so friendly that they even helped us booked a cab driver to bring us around to all the main attractions. That helped us save a lot of time trying to get the didi around town. Going in to the places of interest is fine, problem is getting a car to come out. So we decided to book for the full day. The breakfast was really satisfying. Full line of food for breakfast and enough for all choices of travelers to choose from. Would definitely recommend the hotel. A great and clean place to stay for sure.

The room was spacious and cozy, with all the amenities and furnishings being complete and exquisite. The hotel staff, both at the front desk and behind the scenes, were polite and always greeted us with a smile. They were highly responsive to our requests, promptly addressing and resolving any needs we had. The breakfast, in particular, was delicious and offered a wide variety of choices. It felt like enjoying a high-end, star-rated hotel experience at the price of a regular hotel. My overall experience and sense of satisfaction were greatly enhanced. I'll definitely come back again.

The room facilities are great, especially the mattress and pillows which are incredibly comfortable. The cleanliness is also top-notch. The hotel is located right in the city center, sharing a complex with the Jiaminghui Center, making dining extremely convenient. Upon entering the room, the staff thoughtfully delivered fruit and yogurt. Since our train was in the evening, the front desk lady kindly offered us a late check-out.

The room was a bit smaller than we thought, especially the bathroom. But it's ok for an overnight stay. The staff was helpful and showed us the laundry room, which was a bonus for us motorcycle travellers. Breakfast was good with a good selection. The only thing is, it's advertised as a coffee hotel but we have to pay for the coffee, only instead coffee was free in the room. We've stayed in a coffee hotel before and espresso coffee was free.

Extremely practical! Convenient transportation; quick taxi ride to the high-speed rail station/airport; convenience stores nearby. A wide variety of breakfast options; takeout is available if you're in a hurry. A great experience! After comparing several hotels, this one offered the best value! Reasonable price, service and environment comparable to other hotels. Neither the rooms nor the hotel's standards disappointed. Comfortable and affordable, I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in the area!

Overall, I would recommend it. Positive aspects: The room was spacious and well-equipped. The interior decoration was beautiful and tasteful, with rich details—just my style. The Xiaodu smart home assistant was also very convenient, allowing control of the TV, lighting, curtains, etc. The housekeeping service was excellent; everything was spotless, and guests' belongings were never disturbed. Bottled water was replenished promptly. The bathtub was large, providing a comfortable soak. Areas for improvement: Add more fruit and vegetable options to the breakfast menu, and include beef in the beef noodles. The Wi-Fi password can be found in the room, eliminating the need to ask the front desk.

I've lost count of how many times I've stayed at this hotel. I just stumbled upon these beautiful photos from a previous stay in my album today and couldn't resist sharing them. Every time I walk in, I'm drawn to the authentic, down-to-earth vibe. The front desk staff are always so welcoming, eagerly greeting us and helping with our luggage. The rooms are spotless and incredibly comfortable. But the absolute best part is the snow outside the window. Waking up and drawing the curtains to a pristine white landscape, with snowflakes gently drifting down – it instantly puts me in a fantastic mood. I also have to rave about the hotel's pour-over coffee. The freshly ground beans are so aromatic, and the coffee itself is rich and smooth, not bitter at all. A warm cup in the morning, enjoyed while gazing at the snowy scenery, is pure bliss. The service is also exceptionally thoughtful; any request is met quickly and efficiently. Next time I'm in Jiayuguan, I will definitely choose this hotel again. I genuinely recommend it to everyone!

Very impressed with that hotel and the staff. Good location relatively close to the fortress and on the way to the wall. Plenty of food options around and more within 1 Km around. The staff at the reception were so helpful. No English spoken but with all the apps communication is not a big issue. It just take more time 🤔😅 The room was big. Great bathroom. A lot of space and storage available. Good air conditioning system. Breakfast was simply delicious and every day there were different items available. Not much western food but anyway Chinese food is healthier. Staff there was lovely. The fitness area is a bit minimalist. Self laundry is available and works great. I will return for sure. A Personal tip to people visiting Jiayuguan: I suggest getting to the wall first thing in the morning after breakfast. Taxis is the only option.In July 2024 the price I paid (Meter as usual) was 26 Yuans. After visiting that place take a taxi to the fortress (Jiayu pass) as it is on the way to the city anyway. The cost was 11 Yuans and it is very close to the fortress unlike the main ticket office located 2 Km away (where the bus nr 4 stops). Further tip if you like HotPot restaurants the NanjiaXiang is a great choice at a very reasonable price. It is 800 meters away from the hotel.
