優：位置好，潮汕揭陽都不算遠，適合兩邊都有規劃的遊客；佈置整潔，設施齊全；採光優秀。
劣：門口停車擋住出入口，差點沒找到；設施看起來比較陳舊了。

硬件其實還可以，就是衞生真的沒認真打掃。好多縫隙都是歸塵，窗簾都是煙味，晚上燈都是日久失修不夠亮了。

房間有很多小蟑螂，衞生間洗水盤漏水，熱水器出來的熱水很燙手即使是最小檔位，紙巾像用了很久一樣沒有更換，房間隔音不好，住過最不舒服的一家店了 哎 體驗感很差，衞生間天花板也有蟑螂

能在過年期間還能在價格上保持不變的，真的是良心酒店。雖然離市區有一定距離，但一對比市區裏比平時瘋狂漲價4-5倍的來説，瞬間好感。裝飾風格也是比較傳統的，紅木色為主，該有的設備都有。有什麼需求都能馬上解決，店家態度很好哦!起床能通過窗户看到晴朗的天氣，一整天的心情都是美美的……

衞生：洗澡間居然還有2個煙頭，衞生打掃不到位，地板也挺臟的
環境：靠近路邊，車流聲音也有點大，關上窗户還是會有，深夜的話車少一點，累了也能睡，不適合太敏感的人
服務：前台倒挺好的，很禮貌
設施：燈不太好，大燈衹有黃色正常，白色的會閃，壞掉了

房間挺大，但是環境不好，近大路邊大貨車特別多，聲音很大，所以睡得不好，衞生一般般，好大的煙味，通風好久還是很大的煙味！
